At the end of April 2012, I requested estimates from a few vendors through the Mitsubishi Electric website. Rich, from Ultra Air Inc., responded. We set a date to get an estimate and he was prompt and very congenial and professional. Within a week I had the proposal. Rich was very accessible. He returned all my calls and answered all my questions in a timely manner. After reviewing all proposals I settled on Rich's proposal. The work started on May 31, 2012 as planned and completed on June 6, 2012. Rich's patner Bob and two workers arrived early on the 31st. They were very professinal in both appearance and workmanship. They were very polite, respectful, and always kept me informed what was going on. Whenever there was a question or something had to be adjusted they asked me. I truly appreciated that. They were minimally invasive as possible. When it rained they put up a tent and continued working outside. They informed me when they arrived and when they were leaving. They put in a full days work each day. Prior to leaving they inspected the wall units, made sure all wall units were working properly, and showed me how to use the remotes and maintain the filters on the wall units.
Description of Work: Installed 1 four zone Mitsubishi Electric Ductless Air Conditioning System. The system consisted of 1 outdoor unit (Mr. Slim), 4 indoor units, Line Hide, pad for the outdoor unit, and 4 remote controls. The indoor units included a 12,000 btu in the dining room, a 9,000 btu in the den, a 9,000 btu in the Master bedroom, and another 9,000 btu in the upstairs bedroom. All outside hardware and electric is covered with a decorative covering and looks great.

Our air conditioner was leaking so they came out and said that they had changed the part and that they fixed it but the next day it was leaking again. So I called them back and they said that it's because the outside temperature is too cool and when it gets warmer out next summer it will be fine. It's summer now and it's still leaking, so we called them three days ago and told them what had happened and they said we will get back to you when we have a technician who can come out to check it out and I haven't heard back yet. Hopefully i hear from them soon.
