Modern Millwork Kitchen & Bath Studio

I was motivated to write this review after Modern Millworks ignored my requests for someone to come out and replace the bottom mount slide hardware for one of my drawers. They installed my cabinets 18 years ago and I never needed any follow-up until this drawer became non-functional. When I initially made contact about 2 years ago I was told they were quite busy and to be patient & that they would contact me. After about 6 months, I contacted them again, and they apologized and then told me that there was a recent death and they would not be able to come to the house for at least 6 months. I was willing to wait but it's been over a year and I am tired of trying to fix this problem myself. At no point did they say they would not help me. I've made numerous attempts to fix it myself. All I need is the hardware I would do it myself but I cannot find the exact hardware Modern Millwork used. I am located in Central NJ which is about 45 minutes away from Belleville. So while I was happy with the installation, I would recommend not using them if follow-up customer service is important to you.

I was very happy with everything they did. They were prompt, and neat. They were just pleasant people and extremely responsive to your needs. They were pretty good. I did not have any problems with them. I will use them in the future.

THEY WERE TOO EXPENSIVE. I KEPT FEELING LIKE THEY WERE BRINGING THEIR WORST PEOPLE IN TO DO THE WORK. I COULDN'T WAIT FOR THEM TO LEAVE AND NOT COME BACK.
