Eric was very professional, kept me updated by phone. His guys got my 3 units cleaned and were in and out in 2 hours. They got 5 years of dirt out of my filters! Very satisfied

Erik was perfect in every way. He was on time, answered my calls promptly and answered my many questions. I will hire him again to do my through the wall air conditioner when it arrives.

Erik was excellent in diagnosing the problem and promised to complete the job on April26th when the new air conditioner arrives. He was prompt to arrive when he said he would come and diagnose what needed to be done and answered all my calls promptly, efficiently and patiently. I'm looking forward to his doing the job of installation of the ne unit on April 26th.

This man is a big time thieve! Please beware everyone, I have documented everything including all my text messages btw us and affidavit for contractors that saw it to sue him in court! I hired his company to update and replace our worn out condenser in our childcare center I paid him to install a 5 ton condenser on my roof but he installed a 2.5 ton instead. I supposed he calculated that I wouldn't climb to the roof to check. When he was done my central air didn't work and only cooled half of the room. He tried to get me to pay him more money to change my duct work because he said that was why it didn't work. At that time I didn't know he installed only half of what the architect instructed him to and that we agreed to. But I decided to get a second opinion and he did everything in his power to prevent me to do so. It was only later after I had a couple of HVAC companies come through that I understood why he was so against anybody else seeing his work. The new companies went up to the roof of course to investigate why only half of the room was cooled or heated and what a shocker! They verified and took pictures and documented statements that it was only half of what he was supposed to install. In addition to that, he (Erik Nina) messed up on the electrical and just left exposed wires everywhere! I had to hire an electrician to fix it because I had failed the city inspections when they saw that. But the contractor that also fixed the electrical job from the boiler room that he also messed up on wrote a written affidavit too. The inspectors from the city were also shocked and asked me to file a report with BBB and consumer affairs in Newark. I am in the process of that and will also be taking this man to court as well! Avoid this man like a plaque if I were you. You have been warned!!!!!!!

I hired Mech Mechanical to fix my heater. Erik told me when I first called that the diagnosis visit would cost $90. He said if I choose to have them fix it after the diagnosis, they would apply the $90 to the cost of the repair. I paid the $90 and they came out to diagnose the problem. They told me the only problem was that the heater needed to be cleaned out. They told me the cost of this would be $150, but the $90 I already paid would be applied to that. I scheduled a time for them to come out and do the repair. They didn't show up and didn't even call to tell me they weren't coming. I rescheduled for the following Saturday. Two days before that appointment I called to confirm. They told me they had to reschedule again. If I hadn't called to confirm, they wouldn't have told me, and again would have just skipped the appointment. I rescheduled again. I confirmed a couple of days ahead of this third appointment, and they told me they were for sure coming. Again, they didn't show up and didn't even call to tell me they weren't coming. So, three appointments, and three no-shows with no phone call. Now I'm out the $90 because I have to start from scratch with another company. They might be wonderful technicians, but I will never know because they never showed up to finish the work.

It went great! Erik was quick to respond and communicative and was able to troubleshoot a multipronged issue successfully. So glad that he was able to help us! I would highly recommend him!

Called to make an appointment. Told me they would arrive between 8-5pm. Never showed up or called to say they couldn’t make it and reschedule. Wasted an entire day. Based on that I would not recommend

Eric did a quick troubleshoot to discover I had some clogged lines that were causing my A/C unit to leak. He came back later that week with all the parts he needed and set up a nice cleanout solution for future maintenance, AND helped silence the annoying drip I was getting from the drain system. Unlike many service techs I've had to deal with in the past, Eric was willing to listen to all my annoying questions and suggestions. He had clear, understandable explanations of what was needed and what it would cost. He even went the extra mile and helped install some new flexible ducts I needed for my air intake that I had ready to go. Highly recommended!
