Excellent and professional work. Showed up on time and cleaned away all debris. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to get their garage doors done.

We called them, scheduled an appointment to provide a quote. They came to our home, reviewed what needed to be done, and gave us a quote. Then they ordered the doors, and when they came in, installed the doors. The installation people were prompt, and did a great job. From ordering to installation, they were great. I'd definitely use them again!

Eight years ago Lombardy Doors installed two new garage door openers (one with battery back-up) on the existing track and cable systems. We were very pleased with the service performed then. So, when we had an emergency on a Sunday afternoon, a day before an approaching winter storm, we immediately called Lombardy for help. Early the next day, Lombardy returned my call. I was told that someone would be available within the hour. As promised, Lombardy's repair technician, Phil, arrived shortly thereafter to repair the broken spring and cable system. As part of the service performed, he also pointed out potential problems with the other door's aging spring and cable system. So, we decided to have Phil complete the repairs to both doors, saving us from future problems. All Phil's work was done professionally, with great attention to detail, all while working in near freezing conditions. We can't thank him and Lombardy Doors enough for their prompt response. We now have perfectly functioning and realigned garage doors.

Lombardy Garage Doors were punctual. They came out. My first impression when they came out, I was like, wow, I want to use these people. The guy was punctual and very knowledgeable. He had to take measurements. He came out again and took more measurements and told me exactly what I needed to do to get the door ready. His third time he came out, he finally took more measurements and he said, "I see that you completed your little project, but still there's some more issues that you need to resolve before we actually replace the door." They were busy and it took them awhile before they could get back with me. I was a little bit upset, but I waited and I'm glad I did. He explained that they were very short-handed. They did some extra things like framing it that still needed to be done at no additional. The guy came out and he had it about 75% done before I even knew he was here. He said he knew I worked nights so he didn't want to bother me. I was so glad that I used them. They were good.

They were very helpful in setting up an appointment as soon as was convenient for us. Since we couldn't use the garage door, they understood the urgency of the situation and helped out just in time. The technicians were polite and professional, and got the job done quickly.

The price quoted was the price I paid. The tech arrived on-time, was extremely professional, answered all my questions. I needed to step out to drop my dog at the groomers and left him in the garage installing the Opener. When I returned the Tech was sweeping my entire garage, all the work was done, he reviewed in detail and made sure I was satisfied with everything. The tech made sure I understood the warranty and told me how they stand behind the product installed. I will recommend to all my neighbors and employee's this company. The install was a challenge and they did a great job. We had one issue with some dents but one call was all it took to take care of it. Overall they are a business that I will gladly recommend and use again. Thanks Lombardy for creating a loyal customer.

The owner himself came out to the house for an estimate and left several brochures to chose doors from. They were easy to speak with and they help us choose the right option for our needs and price range. We scheduled installation and the men who came to do the install were punctual, professional and left the garage very clean.

They were very helpful from start to finish. I was very pleased with the work that was done - they even came back to clean some spots that they saw on the siding border of the garage that had nothing to do with the installation - just so everything would look good. All trash and equipment were removed, and they also took the time to instruct me on the door's special features.

They didn't show the day that they were supposed to, but showed up the day after to repair my garage door. I was very pleased with the repair. They are not cheap, but you pay for what service you receive.

Estimator was honest with me when he first came out, that my garage needed carpentry work done before they could do anything about the door. Not really what I wanted to hear, but true. We got that done by someone else, and then it was clear sailing. They removed our old super-wide, ten-ton wood door for which it wasn't possible to buy replacement springs/motor anymore. It was a two-strong-person job to lift that door, so we were rarely able to use the garage, and it wasn't an easy job to take it down. Lombardy replaced with a lightweight door that looks great, seals up nice and best of all, opens in three different ways, my favorite being the keypad installed just to the right of the door. Just punch in a code, no hands, no bending, no lifting. Wow. There's also a remote opener and a key in the event of a power failure. It has safety features so for example it won't close if anything is obstructing its path, or if a child or an animal is passing through it. We opted for some carriage house style decorative hardware to give it more interest and fit the character of our historic neighborhood. It was installed by one person, and then needed adjusting to tweak the operation, so another guy came out to do that when we called, came very promptly, and that's not unusual. Work was done 1.5 years ago, no problems since.

Except for the price, it went very well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO DO ESTIMATE...NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! SO I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE AND PRODUCT.

They were prompt and professional from beginning to end. The person who did the estimate was thorough and helpful. The installers worked hard and diligently for 5 hours to complete the job. They were neat in their work and cleaned up very well. They explained how to use the doors and openers very well and even installed two Home Links in our cars.

They said they would try (but couldn't promise) to do the job on a Friday before a party at my house. Due to a mix-up they didn't get my door on time, so they offered to install a white one in the meantime, and replace it when mine came in. That was nice. Installer was professional and courteous. Agreed to take away some extra metal, saving me a trip to the dump. Later, when I asked about a handle at the bottom, they sent someone over to add it on for free.

The person who called me was very courteous and promised to check out the door at my residence the next day. However, he was a no show. I called again (he said he had trouble leaving a voice mail on my cell phone) and he said he would take a look, again, the same or next day. And once again, he did not show up. And he didn't call to tell me that he couldn't make it. Very unprofessional.

A single worker came, removed old door, replaced with new. Adjusted painstakingly until it opened and closed perfectly. Worked steady for 5 hours or so, and cleaned up the area when done. Took all the garbage, packing material and old door and hardware. Left the garage spotless. I would highly recommend.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KEPT ALL THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. THEY HAULED AWAY ALL THE TRASH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

GOING OFF ON THE RATINGS THAT I GAVE, THEY ARE A REALLY GOOD COMPANY. I JUST PICKED THEM OUT OF THE PHONE BOOK AND I AM PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THEY HAVE DONE SEVERAL GARAGE DOORS FOR MY NEIGHBORHOOD AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND NEVER LEFT ANY MESSES. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND LEFT A REALLY GOOD IMPRESSION.
