Purchased the 'Big Deal' from Angies List for their services. Their service area was listed as Central NJ, however it is not apparently all central NJ because they would not honor the coupon after we moved to another town within Central NJ saying that it was out of their service area. In fairness to them our address was our old address in the Angies list system.

Overall went well but they left a bit of a mess in our laundry room that we had to clean up

Karl and his partner were pleasant, professional, and extensive with their service. Karl did seem to be a bit understaffed - lots of customers and not necessarily enough human support to manage appointments as smoothly as could be - but perhaps that was just the day I had the appointment. To give credit, he was not feeling well and came anyway to honor the appointment, and did an extremely thorough job to boot. Both were respectful of my home (i have wood floors and have a no shoe rule. They provided me with a lot of background on what they found during the cleaning, suggestions on maintenance and follow-up, etc. (please note I asked for information of this sort). Overall, it went well. I appreciated their honesty and time, esp with the careful servicing, checking out the extra unit and in giving me tips and helpful information that I was seeking. i would call them back again.

We purchased their Big Deal for duct cleaning and when they came, they examined our ducts and said that there was too much debris in them and that they couldn't handle the job with their equipment. They were very honest and professional and even refunded our money for the Big Deal. We really appreciated the way they handled themselves.

These guys were great. They spent a lot of time being very thorough and showed us the "before and after" - I couldn't believe how much direct was in our ducts! I felt so much better knowing they had removed all the dirt that they did!

The owner was very responsive to my attempt to set up the cleaning after purchasing an Angies List Big Deal. He showed up a little late due to some issues with his helper being late. Overally they polite, careful, and did all the work as promised. I was hesitant to use the "bait and switch" offers typically in the mail and we never had the ducts cleaned since moving into our home 4 years ago. K7 did a great job.

After purchasing the Big Deal, the company let me know that they would start to schedule service times once the Big Deal had expired. Once it expired, I received an e-mail listing multiple dates and times that they were available to perform the service. I selected the morning of August 30, a Thursday, and took the day off to accommodate the work being done. They were supposed to show up at 9 am. At 10:30, I e-mailed my contact. He got back to me within the next half hour stating that he had mixed up the dates and was currently on vacation and unavailable to come (this despite me having a confirmation e-mail from him of the correct date and time). As I had taken the day off, I was less than pleased. To the company's credit, he did suggest alternate times for me to reschedule and offered me a discount on future services. However, I had an extremely crammed schedule, and none of the dates worked for me. I also did not want to rely on a company that had shown itself to be unreliable in the past. The communication, in terms of responsiveness, was excellent, and I appreciated the offer of a discount. However, I cannot recommend this company to anyone due to the missed appointment.

Purchased my two certificates on 8/6 and scheduled our first appointment on 8/22. Got a call from Karl on 8/21 saying that his van needed repair, so we rescheduled for 9/6, but he NEVER showed up for that appointment -- nor did I get ANY calls that day explaining why he didn't show up. After a few more attempts to contact him over the next few days, finally got to reschedule again for 9/21. On 9/21 I received a call from Karl's brother and he told me that the van had broken down again. Karl called back on 9/24 (not by the end of the day on 9/21 as his brother had promised) again apologizing and offering to either reschedule yet again or refund my money. After the Jewish holidays and a family trip, I called and sent him an email on 10/9, requesting to have my money refunded. As of today, 10/16, I have not gotten a response and have not received my money back. While he has been apologetic when I have either actually spoken with him or when he has left a voice mail message, it has been really frustrating because of his long response time, and now, lack of response. Also, every time we have had an appointment scheduled, we have had to move furniture (some of them HEAVY) away from the vents -- THREE times back and forth. The discount was definitely not worth the headache in my case. I just want my money back and to be done with this company.

It was tough to schedule with them as they are a busy company. Overall thought they did a great job getting the air quality in the house better.

The men were very polite and helpful. I can’t tell if they did a good job, it was the first time I ever had the service done.

We had an appointment for Saturday and they didn't show up. I stayed home all day Saturday waiting for them. They didn't call or call later to apologize.

After the work was done I put my hand in one vent as I saw something inside and I was able to retrieve heavy dusty lint and some other dirt. Upon calling/emailing I was told that the service does not cover cleaning the duct work completely on the inside - only at the mouth of the Vent (So with a few flexible brushes and a vacuum with a long flexible pipe you can yourself do a better job- I would like to hear from the Service Provider what exactly is done). The provider offered to come back and fix the situation but never came. I would certainly not pay this much if I had known that the service does not cover cleaning the duct work from inside completely. The provider rescheduled the service several times. The provider did not turn up on time from the beginning and promised to return and fix the situation but never came. Looks like they think that my time is worthless.

The technicians were prompt, explained everything before they began, were quick, clean, quiet, and showed me the results.

It was good. We were happy with the work.

This was the firs time I have used them. They were fine. They were prompt, they got the job done and they left.

They worked out fine. It was different from the other time I had the air duct cleaned ten years ago. They said the technology had advanced and they no longer used a giant vacuum cleaner from the inside; they suck everything out through the outdoor vent. All I know is they didn't a big vacuum cleaner, and that he said he would see me in five years.
