Description of Work: Two guys came by and brought a little camera with which they were able to take pictures of the dust particles in my AC/Heating system. That was it. They were pleasant and seemed honest and straightforward. Considering travel and time spent taking the pictures it was probably worth $39.

Description of Work: Originally scheduled to perform vent cleaning but said my particular configuration would not be properly cleaned with the equipment he had. I asked if he could clean the dryer vent system and he did an excellent job. He was honest and forthright in his assessment and even recommended another service.

They even found some paperwork from the prior owner dated 1994 in our vents (which have been cleaned twice before since 2002). Were responsive by email and no surpises. Home smelled clean and fresh when I came back from work that day. There was no upsell or other surprises which was nice.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I had my air ducts cleaned. The first time I used a major department store that offered this service, but was not very happy. They left marks on my walls, debris on the floor and there was a lot of dust around the house afterwords. K7 Services was referred to me and what a wonderful job. The owner came out and did the job himself in about 3 hours and I was VERY pleased. He explained everything that he was doing and was as neat as could be. The air coming out of my vents since is crisp and fresh. He said to call him again in 3-5 years and I will!
