Jendor Contractors

The work was completed to perfection. The contractors care about their work. The pricing was more than fair. They always arrived at the scheduled time. The outside and inside of my home was cleaner after they left.

I started using Jendor Contractors in 2005 and all the work was completed to my satisfaction. Jim was used as a contractor for part of a major addition to my house. As the years went by and I needed more work done, I called on Jim Pagnotta. I was impressed with his responsiveness. He communicated in a very timely manner and coordinated all the work with my schedule. I was pleased with everything that was done and when I saw something that needed to be done or changed, he completed the work quickly and as expected or better. I've also recommended him to a number of people. I think Jim's ability to communicate with the customer in a timely manner is outstanding. I've dealt with a lot of people over the years and my biggest complaint with services is lack of timely response. Jim always gets back to you and lets you know honestly when the work can be done. If he can't make an appointment, he makes you aware of it in enough time for you to arrange your schedule. Another plus, I trust him and his workers at my house. I feel comfortable leaving them alone when working here. I don't really have any negative things to say. I even recommended him to a good friend AGAIN just last week.

Jim is fantastic. We had issues with other roofers for years, leaky roofs, phone calls not returned. Jim came highly recommended by a business associate of mine. He deserves the recommendation. The job was completed on time as promised and for the price quoted. We had two small leaks after the original job was done and he was wonderful. He answered our phone call and took care of the issues right away. He even came to the office at 7am on a holiday weekend. We have used him for several other projects, gutters and replacing a bathroom floor. Again he and his crew were excellent. The reason that I am writing this review today is that my wife and I will be putting a new roof and siding on our house. I will be giving Jim a call. I will report back when that project is complete, but I am confident that all will go well. It is nice that I can be relaxed going into a project, instead of having that knot in my stomach from calling unknown people for estimates.
