I live in an old house and had changed my telephones twice in the past year and finally called in a technician (Steve Roe) of JJR Communications. The phones worked downstairs but not on the second floor. I had the idea that the problem was the wiring on the second floor. After looking at the telephone system said it was a short and he went outside and corrected the wiring coming into the house - the price was excellent and now my telephones are working without any static or other problems.

Steve really came thru for me. He understood my goals, offered advice as to the best way to accomplish them, and then got everything done. More importantly, when I emailed him the following day about a new problem (unrelated to his work the prior day), he responded ASAP and came by to resolve it 2 hours later. That tells me that I finally have someone I can count on when urgent wiring/network issues arise. BTW, I am a software engineer that works from home most days and need our network to be as efficient and reliable as possible. That's why this is important to me.
