Description of Work: I'm a repeat customer having used Connect Consulting for a large indoor A/V and relatively smaller outdoor audio installation at our home. They have also been back for a couple of troubleshooting/punch list items. These guys are knowledgeable, professional and perfectionists. Not the cheapest you'll find, but they worked within my budget and their proposals were comprehensive and accurate. For a high quality job from good folks who stand behind their products and service, I would not hesitate to recommend Jon, Mike and the rest of the team at Connect Consulting.

+ -1 moreIt was time to upgrade my "vintage" Marantz surround receiver with a new unit that would provide digital switching and provide 5.1 audio output from Netflix. So I called Connect Consulting, who had done my initial setup. It went beautifully. Jon and Mike are a pleasure to deal with. I was impressed Jon even remembered me -- mine was a very small job done a few years back. He note only remembered me, but remembersed my system, recommended a replacement component in my price range, gave me a competitive price on it, and arranged for delivery and installation the very next day. Is this service or what? The installer, Mike, is a lovely guy and a pleasure to have in one's house. He not only knows exactly what he's doing, but is also very friendly and very patient explaining things to non-tech customers. Having worked with Connect Consulting twice, with maximally satisfactory results, I wouldn't even consider using anyone else for media/home theater related work.
Description of Work: Installed new Integra AVR in home theater. This included rewiring of components, reprogramming of system remote control, and "tutorial" to the cusomter (me).
