Christian Garcia and the crew were phenomenal. Every aspect of the job went well. And the finished product is stunning. I get complements from strangers on the stonework. If I were to ever to do another home renovation I would definitely go back to Christian. I have used other contractors and remodeled another home and the relationship always felt adversarial. Not with Christian. He is amazing.

We recently hired American Quality Home Improvement to re-side our house which was built in 1985 and had its original vertical cedar wood siding. There were several features that separated American Quality Home Improvements from the other contractors that we received bids from that included a lifetime guarantee on workmanship, special capping features on the windows and doors, attention to detail and the accommodation of some special requests. Christian stayed close to us during the project and was quick to answer any concerns that we had. We are extremely happy with the result and have gotten several complements from our neighbors.

I hired this company based solely on the reviews posted on Home Advisor. I was not disappointed. Christian was knowledgeable and patient, guiding an undecided toward a definite decision. The work was performed in a timely and professional manner. I could not believe how quickly the job was completed. From my experience, I could definitely recommend this company. Extremely well.  As a retired contractor , my first plan was to do the work myself with help from friends and relatives.  After weighing all the variables i.e. trash removal, scaffolding, picking up the material,(getting injured ),I opt to hire a contractor.  I found American Quality on Ad visors. com. one of the best phone calls I ever made.  Courteous, professional, neat, on time, I cannot say enough.  I could not find anything wrong.  In this business, you get what you pay for, AQ is worth every penny.

Good work crew they were managed very well. Did have a leak which was taken care of right away.

We Contacted American Quality & Chris Garcia Was Our Main Point Of Contact. Chris Came In & Delivered An Amazing Presentation Complete With Satellite Imaging Where He Already Had Done His Front End Homework For Cost, Scope Of Material, & Came Prepared To Do The Job. His Experience, His Professionalism, The Quality Of The Materials To Be Used, & The Price Is What Made Us Chose His Company.

We Set A Start Day & I Expected The Job To Go At Least 5 Days, But He Said 2-3 Days Tops. I Came Home After Work On Day 1 & Not Only Was There A Dumpster In The Street With Debris In It, But They Had Literally Demo'd The Entire Roof & Already Had Shingles On The Back Half Of The House.

By The End Of Day 2 They Pretty Much Had The Whole Job Completed & Concentrated Their Efforts On A Flat Roof I Had In The Rear Of The House Which Was In Such Bad Shape They Literally Rebuilt It To Support The New Roofing Materials. With The Amount Of Work Required There It Seemed Like That Took More Time Than The Actual Bigger Upper Roof, Due To All The Detailed Work They Had To Do.

On Day 3 They Finished The Entire Job & Set Up All The Prep Work So The Gutter Team Could Come In On The Last Day & Finish Off The Job With 5" Inch Gutters Due To The Size & Pitch Of The Roof. Chris's Crew Was Great As They Worked Quickly, Efficiently, Seemed To Enjoy Their Work, & They Really Are Craftsmen.

Each Guy Had His Main Task But I Could See Where They Pitched In To Help Each Other Get Through The Day. They Put Tarp Over My House & My Neighbors House To Protect It From Flying Debris On Demo Day. They Dropped The Debris In Big Piles & Did A Clean Up At The End Of Each Day To Keep The Work Site From LQQKING Like A Junkyard. I Actually Felt Bad For The Laborer Guy Because He Must've Made At Least 150 Trips To The Dumpster With The Wheelbarrow!!!

The Gutter Team Came In & Literally In 4-5 Hours They Completed Their Job. I Could Tell That The Pre-Work Done By Chris's Team Allowed That To Happen Quickly As Everything Set Up For The Gutters To Be Installed 1, 2, 3!!! I Have A Good Sized Colonial Home With A High Pitched Main Roof, Lots Of Tricky Angles, & Several Peaked Roofs Over The Porch & Left/Right Sides Of The House. Chris & His Team Valued My Home/Property As They Took Care Of It As They Worked. 

I Can Tell You That American Quality As A Company From Start To Finish Were Professional, Courteous, & Made This Project A Seamless Operation. I Would Highly Recommend Them For Any Roofing Job You Need Done. They Say What They're Gonna Do..., They Do It..., & Then They Walk You Through The Job To Make Sure You're Happy With The Work!!! Now I Have A Brand New Roof, That Is Professionally Done That I Can Be Worry Free For The Next 30-50 Years!!! OUTSTANDING!!!

From the very beginning, Christian and his crew were friendly and professional. I wanted a specific brand of window and although he had never used them before, he did his research and was able to provide me with what I wanted. I was very happy with the end result. I have an infant and a toddler and he was very considerate. He made sure to let me know how many days it was best that I not be home with them so that the work was not a major disruption to them. He adhered to the timeline and provided quality work. I was a little nervous in the beginning. I have received over 7 estimates.  I kept coming back to this company because I felt comfortable with the price but more importantly the ability to communicate my expectations in a way that was well received. Overall, I am highly pleased and would use this company again if the need ever came up again.

American Quality Home Improvements specializes in the residing of homes and is owned/managed by a young man by the name of Christian. They are experts in the installation of Hardi Plank and Hardi Trim.  The crew on my job consisted of 5 workers who really knew what they were doing when it comes to installing this product.  They started by stripping the existing cedar siding from our house along with the existing trim.  Once the old siding and trim were removed they put on a new coat of Tyvek paper to seal out the moisture.  Once that was completed they installed the new trim.  After the trim was installed, the new siding was installed.  The workers did an outstanding job.  They were very precise and skilled in all of the measurements and the associated cutting. The house came out beautifully.  They were extremely hard working, usually arriving at the job site at around 8AM and working straight through to about 5PM (with a limited break only for lunch), even though the outside temperatures were well below freezing. They have an outstanding work ethic and are a pleasure to deal with.  They tried their hardest to please us and if we noticed anything that needed a little bit more of attention they were quick to address it and resolve any issues.  They did a great job in cleaning up the job site every night before they departed.
I would definitely recommend American Quality Home Improvements to anyone looking to reside their homes.  They do a first class job with a great group of guys!

The work ethic of his crew was unsurpassed.  They were respectful and professional.  They thoroughly clean up every evening.  Christian promised to return to fix a questionable area and did!  We were in constant contact.  We were never made to feel like we were a bother and I will state that my husband is a perfectionist and Christian understood this and worked with us.
