I wish that my local town's Zoning board were as easy to deal with as Antonio and his team! This project would have been easily done 4 months earlier had it not been for their somewhat overzealous desire to tell me what I can and cannot do with my property. But I digress... Antonio and his team have tons of great reviews here for a reason; they're doing very high quality work at what I felt was a reasonable price. I approached them with a design and a look in mind, they took that idea and they made it functional and effective. There were a couple of modifications to the plan during the work that Antonio and I had to negotiate, but they also did a fair amount of extra labor not detailed in the plan and, again, Antonio kept costs reasonable. The whole crew was very pleasant and they worked hard to keep everything clean and displacement to a minimum. They finished the work in 5 days, and we were promptly rained on the following two days. The drainage worked as expected and we no longer have giant pools of standing water near our foundation. The patio is gorgeous, too! We're excited to use it this weekend, even though this summer has already passed us by. We'll keep an eye out for any changes as the weather gets worse, but we feel assured that we've got the right team to help if something goes wrong.

We were very pleased with the end results and money that was well spent. This is a company that employs expert masons and a skilled group of workers as witnessed by the quality of our finished project! A+ for a job well done! It has been a pleasure doing business with Debenedetto Construction!

They were excellent - on time, work as described, cleaned up well after work was completed. Polite, clear. Work was well executed. Expertise displayed in what needed to be done.

Antonio and his crew led by Manny did an excellent job on our home. We couldn't be happier with how our house and project turned out. However along the way there were excess costs that were out of our control that lifted us out of our budget causing us to exceed our budget. Some of these costs were due to errors on the planning and initial layout of the work performed. When all was said and done, it ended up costing us thousands of extra dollars. Overall we were beyond thrilled with the work that was completed and feel Antonio and his crew are one of the best out there, but felt we had to pay for the mistakes in the end.

Antonio & team are amazing. We previously hired them to do our backyard patio, and hired again to do our driveway this year. His team works hard, and is very thorough and professional. Prior to doing the work Antonio consulted with us on our options, costs and alternatives. Despite not being able to do the work we originally wanted (due to being denied by our town), Antonio still provided the best possible alternatives. Can't recommend Debenedetto enough.

Excellent. They did a stellar job and I would hire them again. I had 4 other companies give quotes prior to meeting with Debenedetto and none of them were confident in their ability to do the stone work that we wanted. All other companies said they would do asphalt, but nobody wanted to do the hard stuff. These guys are true stone masons - they know what they're doing. Their work is beautiful and solid. I have already received several compliments from people passing by. Communication throughout the job was great.

Antonio's crew did an excellent job constructing a pathway with pavers. I was very satisfied with the results and they kept me informed throughout the process, making sure I was happy with the design. The crew were professional & courteous and they cleaned up when the job was done. Antonio was in constant communication with me -- came to my home twice to discuss the project. He checked in with the crew and me throughout the day. He even noticed that the pavers that were delivered were not quite right and picked up new ones the morning of the job. I would definitely recommend him to any in need of quality masonry work.

Scheduled an appointment for 4pm. My husband and I both left work early to make the appointment. Showed up at 4:55. When I said he was 55 minutes late, he insisted everyone is given an hour window. We told him that's not what he were told, but we didn't blame him for the miscommunication. He said he didn't like being attacked. I repeated that we were not told about the hour window, but we didn't blame him. He then said it's no big deal, your job is nothing. We then said, fine, you can leave. It's extremely frustrating to juggle a busy schedule, then be accused of lying, and then told your job is nothing to them.

Excellent experience. Antonio is dependable and was very attentive to this project. Great communications. Hard working, pleasant team of workers, and all work accomplished according to schedule. I have received many compliments on the finished product. A neighbor inquired as to who performed the work and I recommended that he touch base with Antonio regarding his project. I highly recommend this company and would use again..

He cam back and cleaned up the work

He did a great job on rebuilding the new portion of the porch. Workers did a poor job when re pointing existing brick. He keep emailing me to put a good rating on Angie's List.. I emailed him pictures and he said the brick just needs to be cleaned up. That was last July(2018). I never heard back from him.

Antonio and his team are true professionals in every aspect of their business! Antonio explained all the issues directly to my wife and I pointing to the serious problem areas that were not fixed properly four different times meaning these patch up jobs were no good at all. The estimate came in at $10.6K, that's how seriously neglected those stairs were, and seller chose to reduce the price only $5K, so we walked away from the deal! Thank you Antonio for being such a wonderful person and protecting our interests at such a critical time for us! You staff is amazing as well sir! Blessings to ALL from the Negron Family!!

This is the second job we had done by A. Debenedetto Construction. As with their first job at our home(which was fully replacing front steps, walkway and additional steps), this current job for our carport was done very professionally, very organized, neatly and on time. Antonio and his staff are always polite, professional and patiently explain everything. Very reliable, fair, listens to your questions carefully, offers suggestions and plans out everything in detail with you. We will only use A. Debenedetto Construction for any masonry or related work at our home. Excellent quality and workmanship! He takes pride in his work and company.

Everything went perfectly. Courteous, highly skilled crew extended a concrete pad to eliminate erosion. Really nice company to work with.

Couldn't be more pleased. Antonio and his team did a great job. Very neat and clean concrete work. The work was performed back in the winter and I waited a few months to rate the job until after I had a few heavy rain storms and I'm happy to report that I have not had any water infiltration.

Perfect. I was lucky. Interviewed three companies and selected Mr. Debenedetto based on reputation and detail with which he anticipated challenges that would be encountered during the project walk through. Accordingly, no surprises. Clean, timely, and highly organized. The owner was on the job site at least twice a day and always available by phone. The crew was courteous and highly skilled. I am thrilled with the finished product. A throughly stress free project with a great outcome.

J and his team were professional, presented a contract and explained exactly what they would do, and when they would be able to complete it. He couldn't start when he wanted to because it rained that entire week, but he assured me that it would get down as soon as the weather cleared. The work that they did is beautiful and has added much curb appeal to my house. :-)

Antonio was straightforward when he came for the estimate. I wanted to keep the existing lay out and design of my existing steps because I wanted to keep the character of the house and Antonio worked with me. Advised and guided me on proper materials to use which turned out to be a great choice. As for turn-around, I wasn’t in a rush so I didn’t mind hat it took a little longer for them to do my steps relative to the estimate date, somehow it is my fault because I waited to decide on which material to use. During restoration day, his guys were prompt and very professional. I was worried that it’s going to be a big mess since it involves demolishing stones and brick but they hauled everything away when they left. It’s literally as if nothing happened except I have a brand new steps. I know I will use this company in the future for other projects. Great job guys. Thanks.

This is my third job with Dr. DeBenedetto. He schedules appointments promptly, explains the work, answers questions and is professional in his dealings. All work is done with care and craftsmanship. I highly recommend this business and will work with them again.

Anthony and his crew always showed up on time and worked very diligently. Anthony was very responsive as well. I didn't know exactly what I wanted at first and Anothony guided me and smreferred me to a stone yard where I met with someone he works with to talk through materials. we had a very good experience. the stairs came out very nicely.

We left a review I believe under my husband's account. Initially, everything we said in that review was true when the job was first finished in September 2015. However, two -and-half years later, the work done by this company is not holding up. There are stains dripping down THE FRONT steps, visible from BLOCKS AWAY - the stains are white, gray and sand coloured and it leaves a residue. It has been becoming progressively WORSE with the bad weather. Mr. DeBenedetto visited with my husband today, March 13, 2018 and in every way possible, blamed my husband for the stains, rather than take ANY responsibility for HIS SHODDY WORK, which is now making OUR HOME look bad!! The steps where these stains are coming from - NEW ONLY 2 1/2 YEARS - are LOOSE!!! Sand and cement and whatever else is coming from UNDERNEATH THE BLUESTONE tops and leaking/staining our steps. We WILL Provide photos!! Furthermore, railings installed and altered to meet code STILL HAVE HOLES IN THEM despite multiple promises that they would also be fixed. AND - on the work on the new set of steps on the side, the foundation cement/paint is DISCOLORING!!! Only on that side of the house , no where else, but OF COURSE, my husband was blamed for that, too. We rolled with every additional charge and mistake made to our property while the job was going on. We accepted delay after delay, charge after charge, mistakes, etc. We put up with everything -- and he knows it. THIS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT. Mr. DeBenedetto PROMISED MY HUSBAND that he would FIX THE LOOSE STEPS AND STOP THE LEAKING AND STAINING. WE REFUSE TO ACCEPT ANYTHNG LESS THAN TOTAL RESTORATION OF THIS PROJECT TO "LIKE NEW" STANDARDS. THE STAINS MUST BE GONE, THE LEAKING MUST BE STOPPED. THE LOOSE STEPS REPAIRED. THE HOLES IN THE BANISTERS MUST BE FIXED. THE DISCOLORATION ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE CORRECTED. FIX ALL OF IT. 110%. PERMANENTLY RESTORED SO THAT IT NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN. He said we had to wait until nice weather. Beginning April 1 and until we are 110% satisfied with the repairs to the work, we will call him and Angie's List EVERY DAY. We are sick and tired of having to chase him down for this job. It should have been done 2 1/2 years ago, but the work is not high quality and is not holding up. The work is coming apart and it is causing damage to our home. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. FIX ALL OF IT. 110%. PERMANENTLY RESTORED SO THAT IT NEVER NEVER NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN. When that is done, we will provide an update to show that everything has been repaired/restored to our satisfaction.
