Description of Work: Repaired a gaping 10 ft. long crack running along the facade of the back wall of my building extension. Stucco to entire wall with use of type "S" cement and a "J channel"overlapping the corner seam of attached neighboring row house. On anther side of the building used 3ft. Of wire lathe, up 20 ft. roof. "Scratch coat", "Brown coat" and "Finish coat". Expandable silicone cork. |From day one, a great start; owner, Antonio Benedetto, was on time, answered my questions thoroughly giving clear explanation to my questions, after self imposed research,which I think is important in order to converse and be informed for clarity of different options of materials(pros vs cons) etc.. | Great crew. Arrived with Mr. Benedetto on first day as he orchestrated the details to get everything going. He then left his small crew to their duties.They were GREAT; polite, focused from start to finish, no dawdling. Returned in 2 weeks as promised after allowing the cement to "cure". |The key thing here is that from the day I consulted with Antonio, to when his employees arrived, and right up to the finish, I had full CONFIDENCE this project would go smoothly, efficiently and satisfactorily. I would enlist his expertise without hesitation again. So timely was my decision to go forth with this as well. I live in Hudson County, NJ. Hurricane Sandy stormed through six weeks later.

Description of Work: I used A Debeneedetto to stop water leaking into my basement. Antonio did a full survey of the problem around the entire house. The project wound up being bigger than original estimate, i added on concerns. Went for the one time fix it versus patch work and the water issue is solved. The crew was very professional, punctual, worked long days and were tidy. Antonio stopped by every day to oversee their work. I was extremely satisfied with the services provided and have recommended the firm to several other friends.
