Description of Work: I hired Kevin Cunniffe to do work for me on my brand new NYC dream apartment. From the very first few weeks, I knew I had made the biggest mistake of my life with the hiring of a contractor. (I have been fortunate enough to have built a few homes) Unfortunately, I made the huge mistake of giving Kevin way too much money up front. He is the most dishonest and the most fraudulent person we have ever dealt with. What should have been completed in 6 to 8 weeks was merely a complete mess of absolutely nothing completed at 12 weeks. Kevin, never showed up at the job site as promised. Kevin's employees had zero guidance, hence destroyed my apartment, destroyed the floors that he was hired to paint, destroyed the marble counters with coffee stains. Destroyed doors, and on and on.
