On time. Knew what he was doing.

Glenn did an excellent job. It was a differcult project since we had a prior handy man do a botched job. Glenn had to first correct his errors and then do his expert job. My husband and I are very pleased with the Closet. It turned out beautifully. It is a Large double door walk-in closet. I would use Glenn again on future projects and recommend him to friends and family.

The reason I would rate Glenn Zeccola so poorly was his nasty email to me after the job was completed. His initial email to me contained the invoice and a "thank you for my business". Two days later, I received a threatening email where he said that I did not respond to his email and that if the bill was not paid immediately, he would have to take further action against me. Those words are not appropriate in my mind but clearly, he's been burned by other customers and was treating me in kind. Frankly, his workmanship was quite good but he is very high-priced. I would not use him or recommend him to anyone.
