Don did great and I have found my "go to" handyman for my home. He is honest and does a great job. I am so thankful to have come across him on Angie's List. This is the second time he did work on my home and I highly recommend him!

Don e - mailed me very quickly after I bought the service from Angie's . He requested a list of things I needed done so that he could bring the proper tools with him. He also called me by phone to confirm appointment. I felt very comfortable having him work in my home. He was able to a**** the problems quickly and finished the tasks I needed to get done in the time frame we had. He was friendly and and explained what he was doing. He gave me a list of all the areas he can handle - it was pretty comprehensive, so I feel he can tackle many of the projects I need done in the house . He will send me an estimate for some of the work we discussed.

Don is a thorough professional - he arrived at the agreed upon time, reviewed the work, offered several suggestions, setup time expectations, set about his work, and finished up without much intervention. When he started his work, he setup drop-cloths and also cleaned up before he left. For installing the bi-fold doors, he rightly suggested opening up the packaging and measuring them for the door frame. The clearance in the door frame was a bit tight and he informed me upfront that would lead the doors to not close fully. I appreciated this honesty. Overall I am very happy with Don's work and would strongly recommend him.

It went very well. I had no problems with the work that was performed. Don went out of his way and went to the store to get a part that was need to install the faucet. It was greatly appreciated.

He was punctual and finished all the chores we spoke about earlier which included fixing a dry wall, blowing leaves and some electric work..

We got the Angie's list Handyman deal of 4 hours for $99 with At Home Maintenance and Repair. Don was great to work with. He answered questions prior to the job, which made it a very easy process. He arrived early and began taking care of the many items on our list according to our priorities. Of the six items completed, he gave a special touch to the newly installed the track lighting by caulking the edges for a perfect finish. He even left a little later than the 4 hours to be sure that things were left at a good stopping point, at no extra charge.

Don is great- he is professional, punctual and hardworking. He did the work wonderfully and carefully-- I will absolutely hire him again. Great experience!

The work went great, and the finished product was better than anticipated. Especially liked the method of building the ceiling around the duct work which was finished very nicely. Work area was kept clean so that the basement could still be used following a days work. The window well was completed using as much of the original materials as possible which kept the cost very low. We'll definitely call Don at 'At Home Maintenance and Repair' for more projects as they become desired.

Don promptly called me after my initial contact with Angie's List. We set up a time for him to see the job and he arrived right on time. We set up an installation date convenient for my schedule. Don was professional, an extremely hard-worker, thought the job through before he started and completed each task in a neat and timely manner. Upon his return, Don was able to bury the cable wire in my kitchen behind the molding. All the molding was perfectly replaced and caulked and it looks wonderful. The thermostat wire needed to be run up and over one door frame and around the floor over two thresholds and down a long living room wall. Everything was finished to perfection. The bathroom ceiling exhaust fan was quite an undertaking, but Don figured out a way to get the new fan installed in spite of the fact that there is no attic space in my condo unit. He patched all areas that he had to open up to enable installation of the fan and, though I've had the fan almost a year, it was worth the wait. It is "silent" and I absolutely love it. I wish I had found Don sooner. I will definitely call Don again for future projects and my daughter intends to get an estimate from him for painting. I would confidently recommend Don to any homeowner who needs services for those "hard to do" projects. Thanks, Don, for a job well-done.

Don was awesome. Worked steadily the whole 4 hours. Regarding the electrical, he determined (very quickly) that there was no wiring to that socket. He also cut a hole in the wall and went up into the attic to check the wiring further. Patched the hole right up. Cleaned everything else up, too. A real pleasure to deal with! Will definitely be calling him back!

Don was quick to respond to our first contact. He came to review the job the next night and began the job on Saturday. He showed up on time and with the materials needed to do the repairs. He worked diligently and got the first phase of the repair done in one morning. He's giving me an estimate to complete the repairs (needs 3 coats of mud with drying in between). He is very neat and left the areas cleaner than they were to start. Don does a professional job and I would not hesitate to use him for future projects.
