John took the time to show me all the home security options and what would work best for my situation. His install was very clean and did it very quickly. He comes prepared to the job by presetting the alarm sensors so he's in and out quickly. John advised me to wait on a newer model system coming out rather than selling my what was current as it was better fitted for my needs. I thought that was very honorable and speaks about a persons character.
The biggest thing is the monthly service monitoring, and not only was John's more affordable, it also provide better coverage than others I reviewed. This all adds up over time.
