Was very quick to call and come to my home. I told them I think it was the grouting around the Tub. Ran all these test and diagnostics to determine what was wrong. It ended out being what I said was wrong. Price was pretty high. Got a consultation for a bathroom and never heard from them from that point.

Hands down, the absolute best in the business - in work, response time, communication! From Allen, Matt and Brandon onsite to Frank Sr. managing to Cody in the call center, all kept me in the loop, showed when they said they would, stayed till the work was done and assured me the work was done just as they promised! ON A WEEKEND! As a years long client, I highly recommended Frank's team to anyone needing professional, responsive and respectful service!

The 2 servicemen were polite, prompt, explained everything to us, neat and efficient. The price was fair for the work done.
