Tim was a real expert. Issue was he kept trying to sell me other services and plans. Started to get a bit annoying. More importantly, Tim is a smoker. Even though he went outside to smoke. He came back in really smelling of smoke. Tim may have left, but the smell of his smoking remained. I will not have him back here.

Arrived on time...was very neat doing the job....fast diagnosis and repair.....great guarantee (2 years) Only negative is the pricing for the job seemed high...but I did receive a 10% Senior discount upon asking.

Tim from Ben Franklin was awesome. It is hard to find some contractors who are consistent and thorough. Tim was not only thorough, but detail oriented, took pride in his work, thought outside the box on a small challenge and represented his company with the utmost professionalism.
