The office staff of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was pleasant on the phone, and handled my calls in a professional manner. Their plumber showed up, as scheduled. He placed a carpet pad on my floor to protect it from damage. He was also pleasant, and informative. He finished the required work in a reasonable timeframe, and was careful in cleaning up after himself. I will keep their business card handy. Excellent service!

Great job

David was excellent - he was informative, thorough and took time to explain potential problems with piping. Although the estimate was pricey it was well worth the money.

I needed yoke on my water meter replaced. They were prompt, courteous and did a good job.

Costly but effective

The response time was great and David supplied a quote immediately which he then explained thoroughly. It was very easy to set up an appointment around our schedule. When the job was completed, David made sure everything was back to its original place and clean.

David was prompt, professional, and resolved the problem quickly. Would definitely use them again.

Responsive; prompt; clean.

Great response time, the plumber that came out was good. It was just the price. The company pricing is very high. $365.00 for two rubber gaskets in the tank of two of my toilets. Took all of 15 minutes to do the job. I know it is a small job and it was done quickly but they could still make money on me and not take advantage of me.

He was neat, complete and quick.

I really can not sing enough praises about my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Ocean County. Both associates (Kevin and Dave) that came out to do work on our new home were phenomenal. Everything was done promptly, professionally, they were informative and punctual, and I really couldn't have looked for anything better in a company and its representatives. I highly recommend their services! They made our move into the new home less stressful and far easier than anticipated! They fixed a bunch of valves, pipes, gas lines, and installed a new water heater for us.
