The customer service was excellent. The serviceman(Allan) was very good but I think that the pricing for the job was pricey. Replacing the basket strainer and caulking the sink went well but again I feel that the job was very pricey.

Came out right away, said whole toilet guts were $187, I said forget it, to much $$$. Had another plumber come out and popped the gasket back on and now the toilet is working fine. He said it should be fine, but just replace the gasket when you can. He said I won’t charge you for a quick fix $2 gasket. He would have put a new gasket on, but he didn’t have one on the truck, and his warehouse was closed for the night. What are you doing BFP, that’s not right.
