Brian was excellent. On time, professional, and courteous. He spent at least 2 hours tracking down the leak. However, the problem did not involve anything he could fix since it was a tile grout issue. Only complaint was the labor bill alone was over $350, which I thought was excessive for 2 hours work.

Had a clogged main drain. They showed up without a snake. I had to wait 45 minutes for someone else to bring one. I removed the toilet myself and asked how much to reset it. $200 dollars for reset. I did it myself in ten minutes.
