Kevin Horvath...that's who to ask for if you use this company. Nice kid and his professionalism and knowledge was a complete surprise. While the cost of the job was a little high (my opinion) Kevin went out of his way to ensure that I understood exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. I was given options for how I wanted the work done which is a HUGE bonus in my opinion. Although I considered the job to be a little too expensive, it was a job that pressed me for time since the leak was coming through our ceiling, Kevin was neat, quiet and polite which is hard to find in younger adults today...let alone one that takes his/her job seriously. We will most likely be using this company again in the future for another project we have planned and I will most certainly ask for Kevin to be assigned for the job.

The rep showed up and told me that I needed special wiring for the hot water heater and special plumbing connections for the humidifier. He gave me a price and I said ok. When the installer showed up he said I did not need the special wiring and plumbing connectors. I feel that I paid for work that was not done. I was ripped off. I did not get any paperwork from them about the gaun or the heater. The installer graded in dirt into the house, he should have put on booties. I am not a happy camper.

Arrived as scheduled. Reps did a great job diagnosing problem and bringing immediate issue to a resolution. I would strongly recommend Ben Franklin and will use them for non-emergency plumbing work.

He called within 20 minutes and came over right away. He fixed it in 15 minutes. The price was wonderful his service was wonderful. Such a good guy and knew exactly what he was doing. I was very pleased with his service.

Kevin at Ben Franklin Plumbing was awesome! He fixed our leak and made suggestions about how to winterize our shore house. Since we just bought it, he showed us where all the shut-off valves were and recommended that we move the main water shut-off from the crawlspace to inside the house. He was on time, clearly described the work, and cleaned up at the end of the repair. Will definitely use him again!
