I did a review already but accidentally gave 4.5 star rating when I meant to give a 5 star rating. So please read my previous review for details. But absolutely deserve 5 stars!!

We needed a plumber for an additional inspection for a home we were in the process of purchasing. We were fortunate to find a very competent and skilled plumber such as Frank Horvath via Homeadvisor to come in on such short notice (literally the morning of the inspection day) and thanks for his evaluation of the plumbing, he helped us avoid a money pit of a home! We were able to pull out of the contract as the owner of the home had no intention of making any major fixes. I would HIGHLY recommend Frank for any plumbing needs you may have. And when we do find our dream home in the near future, he will be our household plumber.

It was actually a sewer line repair. They repaired the line and the cost was the same as they originally quoted. Have other properties and would definitely use them again. Very pleased with their work and service.

Arrived on time and made quick diagnosis & repair. Was quoted repair cost plus $49 service fee. When I made the appointment I was told on the phone $49 fee would be applied towards any repair work done. Technician who came to the home seemed surprised by this but willingly honored it. Would definitely use again. Cost seemed reasonable.

I was very pleased w/ service only complaint is they were supposed to come between 11am-3pm..didnt show up at 3pm, I had to call and schedule another person for 3 to 6pm. Did a wonderful job though and was very apologetic for the wait

First, the customer service rep, Louie, was awesome. He was courteous and precise. When he didn't know something he was honest. He was able to hook me up with a service/repairman immediately. When Scott came, he went through my options with me, and had the work done in three hours. He cleaned up after himself and was courteous and knowledgeable. This was a great experience.
