We gave him a check for the pool in October 2016. He took another check on May 15th 2017 the first day of work, as they were going to set a patio in the back yard to sit the pool on. After that first Day I have only see him once. Time after time he promised to be here to get the work done. One month goes by and more promises. After 2 months still nothing and now I am complaining to the county and threatening legal action and he wants to do the work. No thanks, I just want my money back so I can hire a reasonable person.

Don worked around the other contractors I had scheduled without any complaints or issues...even when other contractors shifted things around, Don remained professional, and his crew was here when they said they would be.? The day of installation, Don was here throughout the day making sure everything was going great.? When violent rain and a thunderstorm came through, you would have expected them to pack it in for the day... but no.? These guys worked through it, making sure everything was going in correctly, explaining that they had to keep going in order to make sure everything was done right.? Don kept in almost daily contact with me about filling the pool, and wrapping up the backfilling.? It took a little longer than expected because we had a week straight of bad weather...but Don assessed the situation every single day and let me know exactly what his plans were.? Every once in awhile, you meet a contractor that really treats your family like his own...and treats your home like his own. Don is that guy.? If you are considering any kind of outdoor project, call Don. Gather your estimates and pay careful attention to details.?
