Teflon replaced a pair of attic gable vents that were breaking from age. Work was performed quickly and neatly. Price for the work was good.

I asked them for an estimate because I am the owner of the home. The next day I get a call they are working on the house. My 87 year old father with signs of dementia lives there. They were going to take money from him that was double the price. Unethical and near criminal. I was going to call the police. Who starts work on a house without homeowner consent?

The contractors came the same day I spoke with them. I needed siding repair due to wind storm plus there was a section of wood rot underneath that was caused by water damage. (Terminix examined and said the wood rot was not from insects.) The contractors looked at the work to be done and gave me a guaranteed quote. I accepted. They came to complete the work in less than a week. They cleaned up any debris. They were courteous and efficient. I would use them again.
