I asked them for an estimate because I am the owner of the home. The next day I get a call they are working on the house. My 87 year old father with signs of dementia lives there. They were going to take money from him that was double the price. Unethical and near criminal. I was going to call the police. Who starts work on a house without homeowner consent?

The contractors came the same day I spoke with them. I needed siding repair due to wind storm plus there was a section of wood rot underneath that was caused by water damage. (Terminix examined and said the wood rot was not from insects.) The contractors looked at the work to be done and gave me a guaranteed quote. I accepted. They came to complete the work in less than a week. They cleaned up any debris. They were courteous and efficient. I would use them again.

went above and beyond to satisfy me

Unfortunately I had damage from the recent storm on Saturday and lost half of the soffit and overhead lighting casings on my deck. Connected with Gelcon Contracting and Greg was not too far and was able to come over within the hour. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule and before I got back from a quick run to Home Depot to buy the replacement lighting casings he had already picked up the missing soffit pieces and had replaced them. Highly recommend Gelcon for any home projects he does. Fair pricing and great work! Winning combination.
