EZ Tech Computers, LLC

I had used EZ TECH about three months before. When I called, in a panic the technition was set up for the same evening. The Technician was extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable it was like he was magic. I have been using computers since 1966, worked for IBM for years, and never met such a excellent technician. I am a senior now and I have kept up very well, but the fraud problem was beyond my understanding. My monitor died, Completely baffling me. This technician had parts in his truck, used and at a VERY reasonable discount, He answered all my questions and suggested shortcuts, he was excellent, and made house calls for late hours, 6-9pm. Very personable, polite, responsive, and highly knowledgeable I was a manager of a CDROM company, and wish he had worked for me then I was surprised at the affordable price. He arrived exactly when he said he would.

It was excellent! He is a teacher when it comes to tech stuff! He answered any and all questions that I had and actually showed me how to do a few things on the computer. They are extremely responsive. I called at about 4:00 PM EST and he was out at the house by about 6:00 PM which is unheard of! I found him in our local newspaper. I live in a senior citizen neighborhood that has it's own newspaper and he was listed there. I'm glad I found him. He is so nice and educational!
