Ben Franklin Plumbing of Ocean County

I really can not sing enough praises about my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Ocean County. Both associates (Kevin and Dave) that came out to do work on our new home were phenomenal. Everything was done promptly, professionally, they were informative and punctual, and I really couldn't have looked for anything better in a company and its representatives. I highly recommend their services! They made our move into the new home less stressful and far easier than anticipated! They fixed a bunch of valves, pipes, gas lines, and installed a new water heater for us.

small miscommunication regarding estimate appointment.. but quick & pleasent recovery. regarding actual job: hard working young man (Allen).. professional, knowlegeable, pleasent, precisely punctual. I'm well pleased.

They were very accommodating to my schedule. The technician was friendly & knowledgeable. Actually told me not to do one repair because the results would not be noticeably different. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend.

They did exactly what I wanted and did a good job. Plumber friendly.

Kevin & Dave, hope I have names correct, worked hard and very professionally to replace my boiler on some of the coldest days. Work started at 0800 and went well past 2 a.m. without taking any breaks. I came to think of the mechanics as my buddies as they were so easy to talk to and willing to answer all questions. I love my new boiler and was also able to turn the heat up in the house as my new boiler is 95% efficient. Their office was very helpful, informing me of every step of the way of boiler installation. All plumbing associated with the old boiler had to be removed and replaced to fit my new tank less boiler. I enjoyed having them here and have invited them to come swimming this summer!!

I am a little old lady and not used to these high prices for plumbing. I haven't done any research, but they do need to get paid for there service. I am living in the dark ages I guess, as I never had any real problems that my then husband could fix. I liked the co. and the men that they sent were eager to get the job done.

They were great, very responsive, techs were all awesome, super friendly. Prices were a bit high, but they did a great job.

Kevin and Allen were great! I had another pro tell me he was 4 weeks out. Ben Franklin came over, gave me 3 different quotes for water heater removed and installed and after I chose a quote...... I asked when can the jog be done? They told me "we can do the job now". Wow! I said YES. Well done. Professional job.
