Description of Work: we hired them for lawn mowing services for about a year at a property we owned. He was doing an okay job. However, towards the end of the season, he was supposed to come every 2 weeks. The last 2 times, he didn't show up until we called, and when we called, he wasn't that pleasant on the phone. We had to call him every 3 weeks and basically persuade him to come out. He said that he had other customers that he had to go to every week and that he couldn't fit us in. He never made any apologies for not showing up when he was scheduled to. He probably wouldn't have even shown up at all if we hadn't called. When he did come, he kind of mowed the lawn and did some trimming, we watched him and saw that he skipped areas. Overall, we just weren't very impressed and would not hire him again.

 + -1 more.Initially it went well, however, they adjusted the size of my fence gate to fit the size of their mower and made it a half inch too small and did not put diagonal boards to keep the gate stable. I texted Tim a few times to come and fix the gate because the latches didn't align and it couldn't be locked. Those requests were ignored. I also texted a few times that his son, Jason, had not shown up to mow my grass and those were ignored as well. Jason finally called 3 1/2 weeks later to say he'd be there in an hour and I fired him. Another time Jason showed up over a week late, on a Friday night, at 7:00 pm to do my lawn mowing. I was out at the time and he left a note to call him without leaving me a phone number to call. They did a good job mowing and pruning, however, they left branches on the ground. When they did the fence, they threw small pieces of wood into my gardens instead of carting them out. When Jason moved my sprinklers out of the way to mow, he broke my solar spot light. I had to hire someone to fix the gate and mow my grass and have to purchase a new spot light. Their bargain of 240. ended up costing me over 350. to fix their mistakes. I had high hopes that they would work out for me and very disappointed they did not. No I would NOT recommend these people to any of my friends or family.

 + -1 moreIt is four weeks later, and there is no growth since he came out previously. He said it was because I hadn?t watered it. My neighbor?s lawns, which were fertilized 2-3 days after mine, were turning a beautiful green two weeks later, without watering them. He was scheduled to cut the grass Wednesday the 17th, as well as trimming the trees. He did not want to trim the trees then, and said he was only cutting the grass. The problem was, the grass did not need cutting, since it hadn't grown, but he said that he was cutting it anyway. I had two professionals come out, they said that they could not tell what Tim put down, but it wasn?t working, and they told me that watering was not the problem.
Description of Work: I hired Tim to fertilize, seed, and lime my yard. I had multiple people look at my lawn, and they were unable to tell that he did anything. I know that aeration was put down, but I do not see any lime.

 + 0 moreTim did a great job with the yard thatching, I thought the overall pricing was fair. He even called to remind me to make sure he has access to the back yard for mowing . I am looking forward to using this company's services.
Description of Work: I was looking for a new company to manage the chemicals for my lawn. Tim came out for an estimate the same day I called. He was very professional and absolutely knew what he was talking about. His prices for chemical maintainence are very reasonable. When talking about the chemical applications he mentioned that his company does lawn maintenance. Now, we have had bad experiences with lawn professionals in the past, but Tim explained that he shows up when scheduled, edges and trims the property and will remove the grass clippings or mulch, depending on our preference. Tim explained that he adjusts the mower for each lawn individually-no one size fits all-mowing here. He also said that he looks the lawn over each time he is here so he can address any weeds or issues with the lawn right away. I was expecting to hire a chemical lawn service and was pleased to find a lawn maintainence service as well. He also recommended that we thatch our front lawn. Tim said that the back yard did not need it. I thought that was impressive, usually a company will try to upsell. He quoted a reasonable rate, showed up on time on the day of service, edged and trimmed the front lawn and spent nearly 2 hours thatching, A huge amount of thatch was removed but not nearly a blade was left on the lawn. He applied the spring chemicals and lime at that time. Two weeks later and my front lawn is greening up beautifully and the back is already lush. I am looking forward to having Tim's company work on our yard and I will update my review to let you know how the cutting goes.
