Dan talks a good story and communicates to get the job, then not so much. Also, he outright lies repeatedly in the sales process about the background of people hired to do the work. He claims they are all either current or retired cops-so you'll know the caliber of people working for him-thus the name Shielded Protection Pools . However none of the people installing and coming back to fix wrinkles were ever in that line of work. He does not keep scheduled appointments and does not call -just doesn't show up. Had problems with liner out of the track in 34 places upon opening for first time since installation last fall and was told several times for 5 weeks it would be fixed. No show-not done and will now have to pay someone else to get it repaired. There may have been a time when this company was honest and reliable, but certainly not since I contracted with them.
