Roto-Rooter

They are wonderful. Very honest, timely, and reasonably priced. They are very easy deal with.

Although I probably would have been prepared for a full gut of the area and replacement of the drain and pipes as they were improperly installed by a previously owner of the house, what I initially called Roto Rooter to do was completed and done quite fast. The technician was courteous, cheerful and never unpleasant even in the middle of a week where it had been down pouring most of the time. I took the price on the chin as I wasn't confident in my own abilities to unclog the drain had it become more than I expected. Now I look forward to spending one of my few days off this Memorial Day weekend gutting and refitting an entirely new trap and water disbursement to the main. Even though I put that I may not use Roto Rooter again, it's mainly due to the cost associated with a simple clog as $300 seems rather excessive since pipe access wasn't an exception and the job rather easy. If needed again, it will only be for something substantially worthy of a bill of that size.

I feel that I received very fair value for the work provided. He had to return because I discovered minutes after his departure that one of the shut-off was leaking. He returned quickly and took care of it. This was extremely dirty work and he had to go into the crawl space to cut the main pipe under the house in order to get at the clog, which was 25 years in the making. If I need any other plumbing work, I will call Roto-Rooter. They do a lot more than just unclog drains.

Okay, so he came in and looked over everything, then left to get some parts, then returned and began to work, which he did for some time. Like an hour and a half at least. He did some gymnastic stuff in the small bathroom, getting at the right angle to put in the cutoffs, I guess. He went in and out of the house several times, going down to the crawl space. This is an old house! The story on the dishwasher is that it is getting water but for some reason the water is not going into the dishwasher to wash dishes and this is a problem for an appliance guy. I had a guy from RotoRooter here last year who worked like a dog for some hours outside digging a hole and replacing some pipe because there was a "root tail" about 1 1/2 feet long that was impeding water flow so the bathroom sink was hardly draining. The end of the story is that I feel very satisfied with the work of this company and they are my #1 call if I need a plumber which I know I will again (too bad).

The work was completed very quickly. They left the area fine. I did a couple of little clean up things. But I wouldn't blame them or anything. The service was fine.

Came right on time, age me feedback before and during the job, explaining what he was doing as he went. Was the cleanest plumber I have encountered. He left everything clean and in order.

That turned out well. They did their work well and completed the job. The line does need work, they gave us a price, but we have not followed through yet.

everything was adjusted and everything is great now! Would recommend.

Very professional. explained the entire procedure and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Gave me a review of the procedure when he was finished and explained all options.

Not to discourage anyone but they have a very rigid pricing policy and a very rigid return policy. I only needed a specific job done and they wanted to sell me ten times the service that was needed.
