Description of Work: Replacing Roof and Gutters. Mr. Koenig was a absolute professional. He performed the most thorough inspection of the job (replace roof and gutters) of any of the contractors, and proposed very appropriate work to solve a couple of issues I had related to original construction problems from years ago. He didn't try to upsell on unneeded work like others, and in the end, the work he and his guys did was first rate. They cleaned up after themselves leaving almost no trace that they were there. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Came out to inspect and provided an estimate. Discussed estimate in follow up call. Removed damaged siding, repaired damaged areas underneath and installed new siding to match existing color. Discussed job and even provided written notes after follow up calls.

Description of Work: We were experiencing water leaking into our kitchen through our ceiling recessed lighting fixtures. We needed some immediate assistance to diagnose and correct the problem. Within a few hours of posting our need on Angie's List, Richard Koenig,who was on his way back form another job, showed up to assist us. Mr Koenig provided an expert assessment of the problem and correctly determined that the source of our leak was most likely the vent pipes on the roof. Mr Koenig, then offered us a plan to correct the problem immediately and offered his solution at a very attractive price which we immediately accepted. Much to our surprise, Mr. Koenig, immediately got up on our roof and resealed all of our vent pipes. We have experienced several heavy rainstorms since Mr Koenig completed his recommended repairs and I am happy to report that the problem was completely eliminated.
