We went over everything and he honored the discount for Angie's list customers. I highly look forward to using Neal Plumbing in the future. Especially if Butch is sent since we answered all of my questions.
Description of Work: A supply like for a garden hose burst in the home (garage) before we purchased it last fall, and this was to replace it.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Butch worked all day without a break. He explained everything he was doing. He also is kind and very professional. Janie checked in to look at the progress being made. The whole process was very thorough.
Description of Work: I had a number of plumbing issues: drains hooked up wrong, replace outside shower, move outside water valves, reconnect dishwasher, secure bathtub fixtures.

+ -1 moreOur downstairs bathroom ceiling came down due to what we thought was a leaking water pipe. After turning off the main, and checking the usual places, we were flummoxed. Knew then it was time to call a professional, even after hours. Called Neal Plumbing, and they got back to us immediately, gave us the name of their employee and time he would be there. Butch showed up promptly was as courteous and professional throughout. He chased down the leak, and found that it was a completely corroded galvanized drain pipe, behind the wall that connects the kitchen sink, dishwasher, & bathroom vanity. Replaced it with PVC and happy to say we have plenty of water with no leaking!!
Description of Work: chased down a leak inside of our walls, located, fixed & replaced the rotted galvanized steel drain pipe.

Description of Work: I have called Neal Plumbing for several repairs in an elderly relative's home in Crestwood Village in Whiting, New Jersey. The repairs were for shut off valves for a toilet that was leaking, replace a kitchen sink and shut off valves, install a vanity with new shut off valves and to install a water heater. All work was done promptly. the estimate given was the price charged. The workmanship was high quality and completed when scheduled.
