 + -1 moreJason Kettle removed our 14 year old Goodman. We decided that it was better to go back to the original BTU rating for the house which was 85,000 btu duct work. Jason knows how a system should be installed. He pointed out how badly and incorrect the Goodman was installed. He showed me the correct way and attention to detail he put into the new Train XR95 and what a difference in this house being so warm this winter. I use to keep the old at 70 degree and was always cold and drafty. I kept the new system at 73 degree, was warmer and with lower utility bill. Jason is very knowledgable with 25 years experience in HVAC Systems. I asked a lot of questions and got a profession answer to each. Outstanding Service along with a Job Well Done.

We had difficulty finding someone to fix our air conditioner which broke in July through our warranty company and he was willing to work with them to get our unit fixed, even though the warranty company gave him a difficult time because he wasn't one of their listed providers. Their providers gave us a run around for three months until we found Kettles on our own.. He was caring and concerned for our.comfort and.worked very hard to resolve all issues with the warranty company. The cost was dictated by the warranty company

 + -1 moreIt went great ! I would highly recomend this company to my family and friends.The bill for all three repairs were very resonable, and the work was done in a timely and professiomal manner.
Description of Work: I called Kettle's because the heat wasn't working at our club.The units are on the roof and it was pouring rain and freezing that day.I told the Owner Jason that they could come back when it wasn't raining because I felt bad.He just laughed and said not to worry about it they stayed and completed the job.The clubs rental property next door had no heat also.They ordered the parts they needed for those repairs and came back the next day like they said they would and completed that job.

 + -1 morewe had some air volume issues in one of our rooms Jason said he had to check the air flow on the supply air duct and the return air duct, he found a problem with the supply run , it was installed improperly. He installed a new duct with proper insulation and the room cools perfect now

 + -1 moreHe is a wonderful guy! I have a wonderful furnace. Jason discovered I had rust in my chimney that could have caused health problems. He was very fairly priced. I would definitely use him again.

 + -1 moreDont waist your time. He doesnt return phone calls. Cant say how his work is cause you cant even get him out to job.
Description of Work: For our bottom unit which was damaged by sandy...came out and to do estimate waited weeks for it. Our upstairs unit isnt working, put at least 6 calls with-in 2wks. No call back at all. We got this company name from my job and they apparrentlt have the same problem. Jay is a nice guy but completly unprofessional. Doesnt return any calls. I take it he does not want the buisnes. If your need somethng done in a timely manner.. Dont waste your time
