BAYVILLE CARPET & FLOORING

Everything went as planned. We went to the store on Route 9 about 2 weeks prior to closing and spoke with Karen about getting something set up for measuring and work done. She was very helpful and told and pretty much told us to give them a call when the house closed to set up a time to measure. She told us what to expect with estimating, pricing, and timing on getting the work done. She was always very responsive and, when we called her the day prior to closing, she told us when to expect Jim, her husband, to come out an measure for the carpeting. Jim came, measured, and the next day, got us a very reasonable estimate for a nice, quality carpet. Both were very accommodating with allowing us to take the carpet samples to see in our new home to make sure we liked the choices, They ordered the carpet, and told us exactly when it was to arrive. Work was done right after the carpet came in. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience and the quality of work done. They did an excellent job and were always timely and professional. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future when we have flooring needs arise.

Very good. The owner came out and was very nice. He mostly does the work himself. He did a good job and I had no problems.

Provider explained why problem exists under certain conditions and why it would be better to wait until the problem intensifies a little. We discussed the stair runner.He refused to charge us for this consultation. He proved to be an extremely honest, personable, articulate, knowledgeable, professional person, and we felt fortunate that we had found him. We cannot say enough good things about Mr. DeGraaf and intend to go ahead with installation of a stair runner through his company. We will recommend him to everyone.

I am so glad I went to Bayville Carpet - Karen and her husband Jim were great! They gave us a quality product at a good price and it only took 5 days from the time we ordered the carpet until it was installed in my home. We had no flooring in our home and needed to get it installed in order to get a Certificate of Occupancy. They were aware of our situation and made us a priority - what a great company and friendly people! I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

I spoke with Karen over the phone and explained our situation in having a short time frame and tight budget. She agreed to meet with us on a Sunday and brought samples for us to look at. She and her husband Jim were so kind and so very helpful in everyway possible. This was a stressful period in my life and they could not have been more kind or more helpful. We were able to choose some fabulous carpet and have it installed the same week. Who does that?! Well, Karen and Jim, that's who! We were also having difficulty finding a dumpster to help with the clean up of Hurricane Sandy and Jim was able to make a recommendation that worked out perfectly! Karen, knowing what a tough time I was having during this transition...would often check in with me to see how I was holding up. I have never received such kindness from any other vendor in my experiences. We are so happy with the carpet and the service we rec'd from Karen and Jim and even their great son! I would not hesitate to use this company and have already told many people in the area about them. This husband and wife team are truly remarkable people and our experience with them was top notch. We were very pleased, the quality of the carpeting was very good, the owner Jim, was very nice and did a wonderful job .. The room looks great !!! Loved that He was on time, and was very neat in doing the work....His wife Karen, was so helpful when we went to the store to choose the carpet ... Good price very friendly and accommodating. Good product. Came in during the day while we were ar work and installed the carpet. Came home to new carpet and furniture all back in place. Would definitely reccomended and use again.

They were fantastic and the price was good. It was top notch. They did a beautiful job. They did that one job and if I have any problems I can call because it has a lifetime warranty. They were very friendly and very courteous. They answered my questions. They had a perfect crew. The price was reasonable.

From the moment we walked into the store we were treated as if we were the most important customers there. Karen the owner was wonderful, professional, and did a phenomenal job helping us pick out a beautiful carpet and gave us an amazing price! We shopped around and no other store, including Loew's and Home Depot could match their pricing. Jim, Karen's husband did a wonderful job installing the carpet and did it in the exact time frame that he promised. I can't say enough about Bayville carpet or enough about the owners, Jim and Karen!
