+ -1 moreDidn't get any refund because they were the ones to advise me of cesspool and that forced previous owners to install septic system. Since the owners didn't use them, they felt entitiled to the entire fee. I had to force them this year to give me a report, which I never got when the inspection was done.
Description of Work: inspect septic system for home purchase. No septic, had cesspool. Never could do inspection.

Description of Work: I was charged $428 to pump out my septic tanks and $450 to replace the baffle in one tank. The price of $450 was not based upon the amount of labor or parts. After the baffle was repaired the serviceman called the office and asked the boss what to charge. It took the serviceman (one 1 rather than 2 people showed up 2 hrs late) about 1/2 hr to replace this 18" PVC baffle. He was clumsy because it was a 2-man job and he was also a bit slow. Do not deal with APS. As usual another New Jersey scam artist. We are selling this home and getting out of NJ. Every contractor we've encountered were either incompetent or overpriced.
