Got a reminder call the day before the job, worker was punctual, nice and efficient. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and went about his job. I was pleased with the service.

They were very thorough. I paid quite a lot for the job, but I live in a five-bedroom home, a two story house. It is a big house. He was here for quite a while. He was a very kind person and I would recommend them to anybody. I believe I would use them in the future. I thought that once the work was done, it wouldn't be so dusty in here but I guess every house gets dusty. I didn't have any trouble with their work.

I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I called on a Thursday and the technician came out on Monday. He explained what he was going to do - he was very knowledgeable - and performed his duties in a timely fashion.

The crew was professional, experienced, organized and courteous. They explained the process, the equipement and how they were going to perform the job. They cleaned all the vents, and ducts and while doing so they were careful about the furniture, walls and made sure that there was no dirt and dust flying about. They washed and cleaned each cover / grid on the floor, ceiling and wall vents. A few days after the duct cleaning, I turned on the air conditioning unit and realized that the top floor of the house was not getting any air. I called the company and they sent the technician within a couple of days of my call to check on the ducts. He found that while cleaning the damper in the one of the flues had wedged in and closed shut. He repaired and adjusted it. The technician was professional, courteous and answered all my questions, and also showed me how to adjust the damper and figure out position at which it should be adjusted to control the air flow. All the staff and technicians were courteous. Over all, we had an excellent experience with Advanced Furnace and Air Duct Cleaning. I would definitely recommend them.

I went with them even though they quoted me a higher price on the phone than others because they seemed more knowledgable on the phone (a real live person answered) and they had a A+ rating with the BBB. Advanced furnace gave us a 2 hour time appointment within a couple days of me calling for the estimate. He arrived on time! Hooray! The serviceman was very professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he started. He pulled in these hoses from the truck and used them to blow out and clean the ducts. He went to each vent in the house and the cleaned the furnace also. I also had the ducts deodorized, due to the previous owner having pets. I really noticed a difference after they were gone. The house is alot less dusty and it smells cleaner. I also had the dryer vent cleaned. I wanted to have it done because my friend's sister had a house fire from her dryer. I was so glad I did it after I saw what came out! I couldn't believe how lint they pulled out of the dryer duct. If you are thinking about having the ducts cleaned, I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Our home is quite large, he spent 2 hours cleaning out our duct work, and 2 furnaces. He took the time to explain to me that the furnace in the crawl space had a filter, which I did not know about. He put a new filter in for me. This was a very pleasant, professional experience, and I would never hesitate to use this company in the future. I highly recommend "Advanced" to anyone! I was seeing alot of dust in my house right after I had finished cleaning. I kept vacuuming my vents but they kept getting full of dust and I couldnt figure out why. Finally my neighbor suggested getting the ducts cleaned. They had used Advanced and raved about them. I called them for a quote and set up the appt. I don't like to use any company that someone I know hasn't recommended. They showed up within their time frame with a huge red firetruck type truck. The guy explained what he was going to do and went about his work. He was very careful around my house and there were no problems. He did exactly what he said he would do and did not try to add extras on like some companies will try to do. I was very happy with the company and would recommend them to anyone.
