Very positive. The company arrived on time and quickly set up and began work. They provided some advice and guidance to help with standard home maintenance (things that we were not aware of). They were also courteous and knowledgeable.

When I called them for an estimate they asked me several questions about how many rooms, hallways, and closets I had. I questioned why the price was a few hundred dollars more than other providers in the area and they told me that they are the best in the area and that they are highly rated on Angie's List. I also questioned the technician once he saw the size of my home. He said he only follows the information he was provided by the office .Since I was satisfied with the service, but not knowing at that time that their pricing was only based on what a customer told them over the phone and not the same for everyone, I did recommend them to my neighbor who has the exact same townhome as mine. I just recently found out that they charged my neighbor $193.00 less. I contacted them about the difference in pricing and it took three phone calls with unfulfilled promises that someone would call me back before I could actually speak with someone, a supervisor, who could address my concerns. The person I spoke to the first time said they had me having 13 rooms. When I spoke to the supervisor she said that she showed that I had ten rooms. She then told me that my neighbor had a promotion and when I told her that was not true she stated that my neighbor must have lied and that they do business based on the honesty of their clients. Really? There were too many inconsistencies with their explanations and she was not at all interested in listening to me or attempting to resolve this. Good customer service was definitely lacking. I had also recommended them to my son who's home is a little smaller than mine and he was also charged around $500 and she told me that he must have been honest when speaking to the representative. Charging different prices for the exact same service is unacceptable.

From other reviews of this company it seemed there would be more than one person working on this, but only one was dispatched. I inquired as to how long it would take and the technician at first replied three hours, then two than cut it down to one and a half. He did explain the process of cutting into the main vent to attach the vacuum hose and how it would be resealed. The other reviews also stated the vent covers would be removed and washed before blowing the pressurized air throughout. He did not do this, but just pointed the air hose at the vents. Not sure how the sanitizing is applied, but it had an oily lemon scent like furniture polish which lingered for a number of days especially with the heat on. We both have allergy and sinus problems and so had this done with the hope of eliminating one possible source. I was not convinced that it would have a huge effect and still am not. I don't think there was that much of a buildup as in other much older homes so that may be why there wasn't a noticeable difference.

Chris was absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and hard-working. I thought the price was high initially, but after doing more research and investigation, I realized their prices are quite good for the work they do. I would absolutely use them again happily in the future and recommend them to everyone. The home I moved into was quite disgusting and smelly. It is amazing the results I have seen! Thanks again!

The work went extremely well. The technicians Steve and Billy were prompt on time and very courteous. They began by cleaning all the ducts and returns. They removed all the vent and return covers and washed them by hand, dried and reinstalled. Needless to say after 20 years of neglect they found the returns in particular to be very built up with debris. After thoroughly cleaning the duct work and the furnace they continued on to the chimney which was very heavily coated with soot. After the work was completed they sealed all the entry points that needed to be made to gain access and cleaned up the areas of their work completely. Again I was very impressed with the job done by the Advanced technicians. They know their stuff and perform their work in a very efficient and professional manner. I have utilized their services before and would definitely utilize them again in the future.

Service was excellent. Chris our technician showed up 5 minutes early for a 7:30AM appointment .He was extremely thorough , went through the entire service before beginning, Encouraged asking questions and was more than willing to show all the work thatwas being done,he was very personable and you could tell he took pride in his work.The service took about 3 hours.Would highly recommend their service, and will use them again.

This was an excellent experience. I called and received a quote upfront over the phone, based on the number of rooms in my house. Everything was explained to me in advance. An appointment was scheduled. The technician arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything that he was going to do. He was done in about 2-1/2 hours. He cleaned up after himself. I paid for the service by check after the work was done. I would definitely recommend and use again.

The overall performance of the work went very well. The two technicians who performed the work were punctual arriving right on time and very polite. The work commenced with cleaning all the air ducts and returns with a high vacuum and air jet system. All supply grates and return grates were removed and thoroughly cleaned before being reinstalled after the duct work was cleaned. After the furnace and duct work system cleaning was complete the technicians cleaned and inspected the chimney. Finally they disconnected the dryer to isolate the venting system and thoroughly cleaned out the accumulated lint with the high vacuum and air jet system. When they had completed the work everything was put back in its proper place. The technicians were very thorough and professional in their approach to the tasks to be accomplished and were able to provide me with the chimney certification and dryer vent cleaning declaration required by my condo association.

Great service. Chis and Billy were clean, efficent and thorough in their work. They showed up on time and the total job took about an hour and half to setup, clean 17 vents and and pack up. I was very impressed with the vacuum truck they used for the amount of suction it provides over the shop vacs that most duct cleaners use. I would definitely use them again.

The job was performed well and results are excellent. Well worth the cost. Will definately call back in the future.

The job took about 2 hours from start to finish; from the time the vacuum was hooked up to the time the last vent was cleaned out. No dirt or dust of any kind got into my house. It all went right out to the truck directly. I am impressed with the service and would definately recommend them to my friends.

In the 14 years I've lived here, the ducts have not been cleaned, so I decided it was time. I did not check him on the price, but went ahead and hired him anyway.When he came out, he didn't have the correct filters, but he did offer to go out and buy them himself. He vacuumed out my ducts and did a very good job. It was a very pleasant experience.

They were great. The people who spoke with me to make the appointments, worked with me because I have a small infant, so they scheduled the appointment twice and they were very accommodating. They were very polite. The workmen were very fast, quick and efficient. They did a great job. The furnace runs great afterward. It sounds better and the air smells cleaner.

Their technician Doug arrived as scheduled and took time to walk me through what he was about to do and what to expect. He asked if I had any questions repeatedly during the cleaning process. The process of cleaning took a couple of hours from start to finish. Before finishing up Doug provided a sanitizer process throughout the system which was advertised to last 2-3 years.My original quote was for $575 and after discounts and coupons I was able to have it reduced to $468. No gimmicks or tricks. Just an old fashion honest job done by true professionals. I will schedule them again. By the way, my father-in-law was also there to witness the cleaning and has now ordered their service.

Michael arrived on time. I showed him around the house and he explained what he would do. He set up the hoses and began work which took about 3 hours. He said he did not see any mold, but sprayed for mold and mildew. He also cleaned the dryer vent. Very personable and professional. This was our first air duct cleaning and our house is 18 years old. We have two heating units and more than 14 rooms in our house. Great job. I would use this company again and would definitely recommend them. Check their web site for coupons.

They were punctual and called the previous day itself. They were neat and clean. There was a small issue with the heater, after the cleaning. I would not hold them at fault for the heater not working, as it was just some dust accumulated on the heater, which was fixed. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They did a good job. We received a call the day before to confirm the appointment and time. The person showed up within the appointment time window - Saturday 10-12. He explained the process, what to expect, how long it would take. The process took just under 3 hours from beginning to end. Straight forward project, no issues. The person indicated the whole house duct cleanup should be done every 7 years, and the dryer vent every 3 years. Found the price to be somewhat high, but we are willing to pay more for reliable, quality work. Good experience. Pleasant and professional from first phone inquiry thru service. I got a fair quote for the duct cleaning with no charge for the sanitizing, thanks to coupon found thru Angie's List. The technician arrived on time, explained the process and was pleasant and non-intrusive. My house feels great now! I would definitely recommend this company. This was my first experience using Angie's List and I'm impressed by this resource that led me to a good company.

Advanced Furnace & Air Duct Cleaning Inc. was very prompt and showed up on time. They did everything they said they were going to do and did a great job.

I wanted to use this company due to their great ratings here, and they did quote me a price in December that was $200 lower - however, they wouldn't honor the price in the new year. Upon checking with several other companies, however (including the one who has the ad for the "too good to be true" $35 duct cleaning), their updated price was still competitive, and they gave me a 25% discount on the chimney cleaning, which made it all worthwhile. I set up my appointment which was actually for tomorrow, and they called and said they had a cancellation and actually came out yesterday instead. My house is currently a "construction site" on the outside, which means there is a dirt path instead of a driveway, but their hose and plug were long enough to deal with that, and they had their huge vacuum truck parked way out on the street. Their serviceman (only one gets sent out) did an excellent job, as we put all the heating vents back on (we had them off - like I said - this is a "construction" house for now), and all of the metal vents were cleaned very well. They even found 20 dead bats in one of the system's return duct (they left me one as a sample - ewww!), so I'm extra glad we had this cleaning done before we moved in! Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service that was provided!

I used Advanced Air Duct Cleaning to clean the vents in my home. My husband and I had started noticing a musty odor when the air conditioning came on in the house. The people on the phone were very friendly and answered all my millions of questions. The guy that came to do the cleaning was very thorough and did not track any dirt through my house. I am obsessive about my house and I was worried about my light carpets but everything was great. I plan on using them again.

We have been a member of Angie?s List for almost a year now. We do our research on Angie?s List before we even call anyone to do any work in our home. That said we found Advanced Furnace & Air Duct Cleaning here and were very impressed by the review posted for them. We used them for our own home and posted our own review. Just recently my daughter had a beautiful baby that was born a bit premature. She has some breathing issues so we were really concerned about the air quality in their home. We called Advanced Furnace & Air Duct Cleaning to come out and clean my daughters? house. It was a newer home but she is the second owner and the original owner had dogs. They did a great job and we were very happy with them, just as we were when they did our own home. Nick was the serviceman this time, but we had Doug and they were both wonderful. We are extremely happy with this company.
