They are good. I have decent experience. They forgot to clean two ducts actually other than that what they did is good. I actually recommended to a neighbor. I don't know whether they really used them, but they are inquiring about air duct cleaning service. I would more likely use them in the future.

Overall it went well but I do not think that I got the service for the price that I paid and that is why the B/C rating. They did not plan on how the ducts are installed and when they sent a blast of air in one of the returns, a huge plume of dust got released in our family room which was right below with my family in it (my wife and triplet babies). We had to clean up the whole room after they were done (sofa, TV, carpet, everything including our hair). Then the duct covers they removed, were not installed back correctly. I had to remove them and level them again. One place they chip the paint near a duct. I did not have the new air filter at the time the service started and the guy had told me that he will leave the filter out because it is already dirty and could dirty up the system back. The new filters were on the way and arrived by UPS just before they were finished so they installed the new filter. And after the system was started, lo and behold, the new filter caught lots of debris. So if they had left the system without filter, the debris would have gone in the heating/cooling coils unit. Another thing was the bag in their "Big Powerful Truck" (yes it was quite powerful and noisy) was torn at one end spewing some of the dust out in air. Few days later my neighbor asked if I recommend them for his house and I was candid. He did not hire them because of price and the service I got for the price.

They are fair priced, they are very good priced. They did the whole 2 houses. I?m going again this February for the dryer now. I get a discount, because I am 2 customers. $75 for each piece for the dryer. I did the whole house, I think it was $700 for the 2 properties. $350 apiece for the entire thing, dryer, the whole house. I have nothing bad to say about them. I am hiring them again in February. I getting a reduced rate, they would charge too much about $50 a house, but they are giving me the 2 of them for that, because I am a royal customer. They have the best quality brushes too, off the trucks. It takes about 3 hours a house, but that was for the whole house, probably 2 hours, because my house isn?t big.

Excellent, professional. Fransisco and Chris C came on time and explained everything they were about to perofrm. Clean polished truck held the giant vacuum and everything they needed. They were careful and respectful of my things, cleaned up well when done. House smells better already.

They did a good job. The tech that came was new and was a tad careless. We highly recommend them to family and friends.

They stalled me he was gonna move the machine and i told him you can not move it you have to clean the vents from the roof. The guy refused to get up there. This was just awful.

Bill and Jake were prompt and professional. They arrived with a very impressive red truck that was completely outfitted for the job. They ran a large hose from The truck that vacuumed all the dust and debris from our ductwork. I have a two furnace household and they went through the whole house to make sure they addressed every return and vent. They were thorough in their work, making sure they answered any questions I had. They were knowledgeable and efficient. I called Advanced because I had concerns about the air quality in my house. This house is 50 years old and I don't think this type of cleaning was ever performed. I had someone come out to clean the ducts about 12 years ago but it was nothing like the cleaning Advanced did. Bill showed me before and after pictures and I could not believe the amount of dust and debris they cleared from our ventilation system. The duct work looked like new when they were done. After seeing this, I plan on having them back every so often to keep the system cleaned and sanitized. I feel so much better knowing my family is breathing in cleaner air.

Wonderul company! This was the second time I used them. As a gift to my daughter & son-in-law we had their vents and chimney cleaned on their recently purchased (May 2015) 60 year old cape cod home. The previous owner had 2 great danes and 3 cats and a wood burning stove that the previous owner used often. We didn't want them to use the wood burning stove until we knew it was cleaned and safe. There was always a "burnt" smell in the house that was evident when we walked in. Having had used this company before, I called and was thrilled to hear they did chimney sweeping as well. They arrived on time and explained what they would be doing, they sanitized the vents and chimney & the house smells fresh and clean, their trucks are amazing, You can't imagine what came out of those vents. The workers were complete gentlemen and left her house immaculate. I feel better knowing the place is ready for the upcoming cooler weather and they won't be breathing the dust & dander that was sitting in the system ~ yuck. P.S. My daughter found an "on line" discount site (GR*#+*N) that offered $59.00 vent cleaning and was tempted to purchase it. Thats when I called Advanced Furnace. It was a good price and I know it was done right ~ there is no way the job would have been done as thoroughly. Don't waste money on those vouchers....

This was our 1st time having our air ducts cleaned & I have heard many negative things from other ppl using other duct cleaning co. Not the case here! I called a few different companies getting quotes some very very inexpensive & pushy .My thought is you get what you pay for. The ease of setting up a appointment & explanation of service was outstanding. Yes it was costly but so very worth it! The techs Steve & Tyler worked non stop for 3 hours & left no trace of dirt or dust behind. Turned on my AC today , WOW what a huge difference , no stale musty odor just fresh clean air.

Great job was done, the tech explained everything he was doing, and hopefully my asthmatic son will benefit from this. (which the tech seems to think so).

We had used Advanced for an air duct cleaning and sanitization shortly before the birth of our daughter nearly 6 years ago. They provided a very good service at that time and we did not hesitate to use them again. The man who cleaned our ducts this past April arrived on time, explained all of the details of what he would be doing, and got to work promptly. He was very courteous and professional. I am very satisfied by the quality of the job he provided. He was even willing to give us some suggestions on replacements for an electronic air filter that was no longer working. We were very pleased and will certainly use this company for our next duct cleaning.

I called and scheduled an appt for Saturday. I was the first appointment and they sent a young guy named Rob. He was extremely professional. He showed up right on time and got right to work after answering a few of my questions. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and was very thorough on how i should maintain them going forward. He worked for about two hours and as soon as we turned the heat back on you could smell the difference in the air quality. I immediately referred my father-in-law to him. I also plan to use them for general cleanings in the future. They are only a little more expensive than other places but worth every penny. Thank you so much Rob.

1. I asked them to call me 30 minutes before they arrive(gave clean instruction and the lady on the phone agreed for it, i told no one will be at home), but the person ignored the instructions on his work sheet and came home directly without calling me and then called me as no one was at home. So i had to leave all my things in the shopping cart in the store where i was and rushed back to home. 2. I think usually this job is done by 2 people, but only one came, it took a long time for him to go up and down, to truck to switch things etc...and complete the task 3. Per his company, he will remove the vents and wash, but he didn't do it initially and i had to ask him to do so. He was trying to do it in short cut i guess, but i don't think the machine will suck the dirt inside the duct if he keeps his vacuum tube on top of the vent, definitely he was trying to take a easy route rather than doing the job properly 4. For chimney cleaning, he said he is scared of height and refused to go up on the roof, rather he used his agitator thru the fireplace in the family room, i don't think it cleaned the fire place really. 5 Usually the company will put the new filter for the furnace or they should at least tell in advance they don't have all the sizes, He told me after coming to do the job. 6. Per his company he will wear shoe cover/booties inside the house, but the gentleman who came to my house said he don't have his size in the truck and walked with shoes through out the house, didn't want to remove his shoes either. So i had to sanitize the whole house, as you know that is the shoe with which they walk into bathrooms/roads/dirt etc.. 7. His truck leaked some oil on my drive way and had to call them to find out how to clean it, they did send me some cleaning solution in a used/cleaned juice bottle. They should put a sheet under the truck as it will be running for couple of hours. 8. He broke the handle of the window in the basement while trying to open it(to send his tube to the furnace) and didn't bother to apologize/fix it. 9. I put a new filter before turning on the A/C, in less than 24 hrs i went and checked the filter and saw pile of dust collected in one side of the filter for which the person (over the phone, when i called ) said he couldn't reach few part of the duct, so will they reduce the price for it? 10. He couldn't show how much dirt my duct was before cleaning/how much dust he collected/ how clean it is after cleaning. So I don't know for what I paid, the company should have a mechanism to show this, otherwise what we pay is for nothing.... 11. Will definitely consider/suggest going with a different company for paying so much money and spending close to 4 hours.

Estimate was MUCH higher than other providers.

We own a small, two bedroom, single level, ground floor, condo which has been empty for six months. We are required to have our ducts cleaned every two years. The gentleman came, was able to complete everything pretty quickly because it was empty, and he did do a very thorough job. But I have never paid over $189 to get this done in the previous 20 years and I was shocked to see a bill for $470. Ouch!

After a long illness, my father moved into my home with my husband and I. Before he was discharged, his cardiac doctor advised us to have our air ducts cleaned out. Naturally, we turned to Angie's List to look for a service provider. After a few phone calls, we decided to hire Advanced. We were very pleased with our decision. The whole process was simple from start to finish. I phoned the office and the woman who helped me with the price and appointment was very knowledgeable. After a few minutes on the phone, she was able to give me a price for the job. We also made an appointment for several days later. The services took about an hour and a half to two hours, and my home smelled really nice when they were finished. I was also shown the inside of my return vent so I could see how clean it looked. The entire heating system was also sanitized. I feel really confident that it is clean and safe for my dad as well as my entire family.

I called this company shortly after my sister-in-law had used their services for her home. We were discussing the high cost of utilites and the upcoming months of cold winter weather that is fast approaching. She was told by her contractor whlie having her furnace serviced that he recommends air duct cleaning. He told her that the energy savings would essentially "pay" for the cost of the cleaning. She was very happy with Advanced Furnace & Air Duct Cleaning so I decided to call for a duct cleaning myself. I was very happy with the services from start to finish. The serviceman arrived within the time frame that was promised and set up his equipment right away. The vacuum was very powerful and was connected to the truck outside. No portable equipment was dragged through my home, which was my main concern. I was so relieved that no dirt or dust wound up in my house. I have light carpets throughout my home and I was a bit worried but they were not soiled at all. It took around 2 hours to thoroughly clean all the vents in my house - much faster than I anticipated. The technician also was nice enough to show me how to change my air filter and told me want size I needed. I will definitely use this company again when need arises.

Arrived on time, explained what they were doing at each step. Gave advice upon leaving on making sure you change your filters monthly to reduce the time for a return visit.

1. Scheduled an appointment. Very friendly person on the phone. 2. They cancelled on me due to a worker going into the hospital which I found out was valid.( This is the reason for B on punctuality as they were actually on time on the day of service.) 3. Rescheduled for the appointment at which time the price went up due to construction being done in my house. ( I had vents taped and closed off... but the lady did not consider this and still jacked up my price . She is not friendly at all!) 4. Workers were prompt, they worked hard and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We paid them without looking at the work because we just came back from breakfast as they were packing up their supplies. We paid them $725 which is ridiculously high... but I didn't mind as much because their truck is super powered and I wanted the most powerful duct cleaning possible. 5. After they left, we noticed scratches were made on our newly finished floor. Ducts were pulled off hard and paints came off the side of vents. One vent was not closed properly. 6. We got $150 refund back making our spending $575 for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. 7. On a side note, one of the workers was very helpful and fixed something without even being paid. 8. Overall, I am happy about the truck and the main person who performed the duct cleaning. I am dissatisfied with the manager who jacked up my price. I am also unhappy about the worker's assistant who was careless when opening vents. I feel mixed about this place because they have some super friendly nice workers and also not so nice workers. Also they had a good machine and yet the work was so expensive and not worth it.

We contacted the company on 3/11 to get an estimate. The office worker (Sue) who answered was very polite & knowledgeable. She asked us a number of questions about the type of heating & cooling system we used-asked us about the location of the vents and the furnace. After a short wait, Sue gave us a breakdown of the cost. We accepted the quote & scheduled an appointment for 3/7. Two days later, we had to call & re-schedule, again Sue was our contact person. She gave us alternate dates & we re-scheduled with no problems. Chris, the technician, showed up at the appointed time & he walked us thru the cleaning process. He was very polite, & courteous and he invited us to ask any questions. The cleaning process went exactly as described, and Chris removed all of the vent covers & washed them by hand. He completed the process in 2 hours, leaving the house spotless. The price was exactly what we were quoted by Sue. While the price was on the high side, I believe it was worth it!

I thought they were overpriced; the workers were very good but I thought they were a little pricey. I think the workers were very nice and polite and they did a good job.

Advanced did a great job with our duct cleaning. I don't believe the ducts were ever cleaned for the past 35 years, as you could tell from the smell and the constant stuffy noses I would get. Not to mention the drywall work we had done when renovating. With advance, I was able to book a quick appointment, they showed up on time, and did a thorough job cleaning the entire duct system in my home. I also took advantage of their free sanitizing coupon. While I think the price was a little on the high side, the work done was excellent. Though I admit I might shop around a bit more when I schedule a duct cleaning again.

I originally began searching because my AC system literally stank. I would hate to turn it on because the smell would start to bother me very quickly. While some of this was from a basement full of crud, it was overwhelming and I could see the vents were filled with filth. As an allergy sufferer, I needed them cleaned. I contracted these guys and they showed up with their giant vacuum truck and I could HEAR the junk being pulled out of my vents once they started. The house had also previously had a mouse infestation, so I imagine there were some pretty disgusting things in the vacuum tank when they were done. The spray they applied into the vents and the seals they placed into the ducts in the basment formed a very tight seal, and my air conditioning is now less stinky!

I was very happy with them. Their equipment is top notch.
