Shawn Jaryno is a relatively new realtor, and I didn't even know it until almost through the entire home-buying process. He was willing to consult with me at any time. I was a 1st-time homebuyer, and Shawn gave me the extra attention he knew I would want and need, taking me every step of the way, and making my problems his problems until they were resolved. Shawn often had to repeat himself with me, and he was always patient enough to do so. He continued to visit my home and answer questions well after I had moved in. Shawn will be my realtor again, if I ever need him, and a friend, too. As for the office itself, I visited very often, I was always warmly greeted, and they have a candy jar even the adults are welcome to enjoy. Coffee and water, too. The manager always remembered me and asked me how things were going. Pleasant place to be. I almost want to keep visiting but that would be weird seeing as, well, I got the house. Calling there is always a problem, they transfer you to the wrong person, or hang up on you by accident, or are just generally rude. But once you get past the receptionist, everyone else gets the job done.
