The long and short of it was that is was a horrible experience, I would definitely not recommend that to anyone, and the manager forgot to notify me that my camera was in. When my camera tore up, I got the warranty brochure, called the 800 number, the guy gave me a code, and told me to take it back to the store. I did, when I was there, they acted real confused, finally took my camera, and I was there 30 minutes. A week later, I called the 800 number, they told me my camera was shipped to the store, gave me the tracking number, I called the store, and they said they didn't have it. Two days later, I went to the store, ask to speak to the manager, he was helping a customer, I explained to him that the guy said they had the camera, he went back to the back, found it, brought it out, apologized, but, I was there again, another 30 minutes. The charging port had to be repaired and I found out later that the warranty can only be used once, so, if it tears up again, I have no recourse for the free repair. The niceness of the 800 number of the guy helped to give them a better rating because they were professional, as the store wasn't.
Description of Work: I bought an extended warranty when I purchased my camera. The camera was $200 and the protection plan was $30.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD BUT I HAD TO CALL SOMEBODY TO FIX IT, BECAUSE NOT ALL OF THE SPEAKERS WERE WORKING PROPERLY. IT IS GOOD TO HAVE AN ELECTRONICS STORE IN MY TOWN.
