+ -1 moreThe initial agreement resulted in a rental to a well rated tenant who leased the property for a year. That tenant vacated and I re-hired Exit / Annette & team to list the property once again for sale / rent. The former tenant left the apartment in less than stellar condition so it needed repairs, painting, cleaning, etc... I'm living 3 hours south of the property, am a frequent traveler for work around the US so had little time or resources to manage the repairs. Annette took care of EVERYTHING for me - I'd recommend her and Exit to anyone in the area looking for world class service and beyond!

+ -1 moreThe property was family owned for over 100 years and represented a difficult decision in placing on the market. Exit on the Hudson gave a market outlook that was reasonable. The final negotiated price was fair and equitable. They did a fantastic job communicating the developments so that nothing was left to chance. They were a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend the use of their real estate services for commercial and residential properties.
Description of Work: There were two separate apartment buildings in Hudson County that were owned by a family owned corporation. The staff and especially the manager at Exit on the Hudson were instrumental in finding a potential buyer for both properties as a package. We prenegotiated the commission and met to review the offer. There were additional subsequent offers on the same property. They delivered the background information on the parties making the offer and helped in reviewing the subsequent offers that led to the sale of the property. With a business sale, there were issues concerning the utilities that needed to be resolved and Exit on the Hudson gave us the name and costs for local vendors who were able to make the property changes that were required. We received timely, meaningful calls on the status of negotiations and all changes that were being made.

She know potential buyers and got several good bids in a short time period. We could not recommend her any higher!
