air duct cleaning
 + -1 moreHe arrived at 5pm although they were supposed to be here at 2. It was one person. He removed the vent covers and then took a small brush to wipe them off. This was done over the floor or carpeting - it didn't seem to matter to the man. He then proceeded to vacuum out the ducts. My wife had an appointment and I did not know that the dryer vent was also to be done. It wasn't. I had expected the system to be thoroughly cleaned - this was only a surface job. He also was unable to put some of the vent covers back on - I had to do it. They had asked for the check to be made out to cash. I asked for a receipt and was told that he didn't have one. I said if no receipt I cannot pay. All of a sudden he found the receipts. AMAZING. I would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: Vacuumed all hvac ducts and sprayed sanitizing spray into ducts. They were supposed to do dryer vent but they did not do this.

 + -1 moreTHEY DID A VERY NEAT JOB. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED VERY NEATLY. I WAS SURPRISED THAT MY WALLS WERE NOT DUSTY AND THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO REPAINT THEM BECAUSE THE AIR DUCTS HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN 8 YEARS.
Description of Work: EVERY AIR DUCT IN OUR HOME WAS CLEANED. THEY BROUGHT ALL OF THE NECESSARY SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT TO COMPLETE THE CLEANING.
