+ 1 moreOver the last 6 months I've talked to about 30 different people at CableVision. This is one of the biggest screw up services in the world. They provide my cable TV, phone, and internet service. I really don't have a choice of getting rid of them, because the only other alternative is Verizon which is just as bad. I want CableVision to understand how unhappy I am. Maybe someday they will provide a decent product and service. I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone!

+ -1 moreOrdered installation. It took four trips by company to get it installed. They showed at times and did installation without permission for the date and time and with me out of town. Risk of damage was high. First three installations of cable failed

+ -1 moreThe men that came were fine and the cable was installed without a problem. The service itself is good and the price is competitive versus other systems out there.
Description of Work: We had the optimum digital cable system installed for us in our new condominium. They put in three total outlets and spent a few hours completing the installation.

+ -1 moreI AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANIES SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE.
Description of Work: THERE WAS A SHORT IN THE CABLE SO THEY REPLACED IT AND ALL OF THE ELECTRICAL WIRING TO THE OUTLET THAT OUR TV IS PLUGGED INTO.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID SOUND WORK, BUT I WOULD PREFER TO HAVE MORE COMPANIES TO CHOOSE FROM. I HAD TO HIRE THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY COMPANY IN TOWN AND NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST.
