Brownstone Pest Control

George is a seasoned professional and very knowledgeable on the subject of bedbug infestation.He provided a good amount of education to us even before we contracted Brownstone for services, and was very pleasant to deal with on the phone call. We contacted other service providers but decided after reviewing five bids that we wanted to use Brownstone. This was because of the professional manner in which George presented their products and services. Although Brownstone's prices are reasonable, at the end it was not price that dictated our choice. We also appreciated George's honest approach to solving our problem. First, he discussed the average number of visits to eliminate the problem. He then provided an initial assessment as to the level of infestation, recommended a solution, and provided a cost estimate. He was also sympathetic to our plight and said he would do everything possible to rid the pests once and for all! After the first treatment, there was a significant improvement but some family members were still getting bites. By the second treatment, there were little or no incidents. We will complete the cycle with one last treatment which we hope will permanently seal the deal.

THEY ARE A VERY DEPENDABLE COMPANY. THEY COME EVERY MONTH AS SCHEDULED. THEY DO GREAT WORK AND I GET ALONG WITH THEM VERY WELL. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT SIX YEARS. I HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM.

I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE REACHABLE, RESPONSIBLE, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY COME MONTHLY NOW. THEY CALL ME AHEAD OF TIME TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY ARE COMING AND IF I NEED TO PLAN ON BEING OUT OF THE HOUSE BECAUSE OF THE CHEMICALS.
