The air duct cleaning was excellent. Kevin was thorough. I was not satisfied with his assistant's work He was trying to do his job well, but seemed unfamiliar with proper cleaning techniques or care for clients property. His supplies inadequate. Dirty vent covers would only be sprayed and wiped. The spray left marks on wooden floor. I washed 19 covers in water to get dirt off so they would not be replaced dirty. Also 2 gouges on another floor from dropping screwdriver off unstable ladder several times. I spoke with helper and Kevin at the time. Pictures sent to Paul. Better training, screening needed.

Two workers showed up and spent a little over two hours giving my second floor carpets a thorough shampoo, steam rinse and Scotch Guard protection. After they left it looked like they had installed new carpets. They opened the windows to speed up the drying process, but failed to realize the storm windows were down. Outside of that, they were pretty close to perfection.

They show up on time & explained to me the process first. He showed me a sample cleaning at the most problematic spot and told me I have the option to let them do the job or not based on what I saw. I chose to let them do it. The prize do defer from the original quote given, but it's still okey. They're courteous & professional at what they do. Bottomline is, I would recommend them to anybody who needs their service.

It was a great experience. A great cleaning of carpet and furniture. Everything looks like new. Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with this company. Paul was very prompt, friendly and did a lot of work for a great price. I had my air ducts cleaned, my dryer vent cleaned and also had my carpets cleaned. Also Kevin was very knowledgeable and explained everything they were going to do all along the way. All of them, Kevin, Dan and Paul are very hard working people who did a great job. I had used Friendly previously to clean a rug and was very pleased. I had a flood in my apt and my beige rug was completely ruined. I called Paul and he came to look at the rug and decided to remove it for cleaning in their facility. The rug was returned and I was not happy with the results as there were still a few shadows from the stains. Paul came to my apt without hesitation and personally performed magic on those stains. He is a true professional and I highly recommend his services!

Made the appointment yesterday and scheduled it for today. Was provided a 2:00 PM arrival. Paul called at 1:00 to confirm appointment. They showed up at 2:00 PM - I like that. Showed them the job and specific concerns and they went to work, pre spotting the entire job. When they were finished, the carpet looked brand new. Thank you Paul and Kevin - my neighbor will be calling you next week.

I would say that the employees of A Friendly were polite, friendly and most of all professional as was the management. They kept me informed as to what they were doing each step of the way. They did not rush the job and made my wife and I feel we have recieved a value for our hard earned money. I am going to recommened them to my friends and I will use them again for sure
