Outstanding! Paul, the owner/operator arrived on time and explained the process before he started work. My carpet was such a disgusting mess I actually thought I would have to replace it. Paul's cleaning exceeded all my expectations. Ancient pet stains disappeared completely as well as the nasty new ones. Forget about those other franchise carpet cleaners, AFCC is the only way to go.

They completed the job in minimal time and now it works as good as new. I can't thank them enough for their prompt and excellent service.

They came on time and explained the whole cleaning process before starting. Cleaning was very thorough and meticulous. They re-cleaned several areas as I requested. They were very polite and answered all my questions. What more could you want? I was very satisfied.

The service person explained everything he was going to do and everything he did. Also hooked up by dryer for me when the job was completed. (I had a new dryer delivered, but could not run it due to the built up lint in the duct). Excellent service!!!

They were very prompt and cleaned carpets thoroughly. Removed very deep stains that another company had failed to remove. Also cleaned hallway carpet for no charge. Double cleaned carpet by shampooing and steam cleaning. I would hire them again as well as recommend them to anyone!
