I actually did not like them. I actually was not very happy that it was an exclusive listing because they re ripped off my realtor so she could not get a commission on it. So I don/t like their practices, but I wanted the house so I went ahead and bought it. My understanding is that they stopped doing that because I complained to them and some other realtors in the area.

Our home was priced well and sold quickly, which was very important to us. We felt that they knew the market and knew what we needed to do to sell our home. Michele helped us to stage our home and it never looked better! We received feedback quickly and all of our questions were answered promptly. The negotiations were seamless. We ultimately did not rent an apartment through her agency, only because we found a good deal at a large commercial complex that we simply couldn't turn down. We thought she was so fantastic, however, that we have recommended her to others and will absolutely use her for our home purchase.
