I'm using Gordon Crawford. I'm still kind of in the process. I can't give a thorough review because I haven't closed. The price is pretty standard. I don't anticipate buying or selling property here again. They're very professional. It's been an immense experience and a large team. Gordon has an extensive team with more experience in the region than most other real estate agents put together. He's been doing this since '88 or something. He has about 12 agents and I don't know any other team that is quite that big. If you're in Mendham avoid another realtor at all cost. That's not this company but specifically having done some research, the other realtor is by far the dominant real estate company here in my town and because of that they're having a negative impact on our market. They're looking at volume over quality and so they're encouraging people to price their homes lower than they should be and while inventory is down this year compared to last year, prices are down. When inventory goes down, prices should go up.
