+ -1 moreGateway is good to deal with. I had no problems with them. They give you what you ask for and they did not mess anything up with my order. I had no problems dealing with their sales department. They treated me well. I also am happy with the particular computer I got from them.
Description of Work: I got my new Gateway PC fully equipped with the features I wanted and needed directly from Gateway.

+ -1 moreTHESE PEOPLE ACTED LIKE THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING. THEY DIDN'T GIVE A GOOD IMPRESSION THAT THEY KNEW WHAT TO DO. IF IT WEREN'T FOR THE WARRANTY, I WOULD NOT HAVE USED THEM.
Description of Work: MY VIRUS PROTECTION PROGRAM ON MY COMPUTER WAS NOT WORKING. THIS COMPANY HAD TO COME OUT AND DETERMINE WHY IT WASN'T WORKING. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE CURRENT VIRUS PROTECTION PROGRAM TO WORK.
