Removed a stump and did a fantastic job!

He gave me a quote for 2500 for 5 trees removal, and I had to postpone for 6 months. Called again and he said he'd honor the same quote. My job was put in the queue, waited 4 months when he said 2 months later, and after 2 months 1 month later, and after a month my job is next one in queue I was told. Asked a few times after that when, and told next week a few times and he never showed up after saying he'll text me a day before. After 2 more months of waiting, I'm hiring another contractor and doing half the job myself. He must have higher paying work lined up and won't care much about smaller jobs at 2.5K level. I am writing this to let his lack of professionalism known.

First class overall experience and highly recommended. We needed to remove a couple very large trees from our property, one of which had fallen in the middle of a sizeable pond. Despite this challenging circumstance, Mark and his crew were prompt, professional, efficient and quite reasonably priced. They removed the trees with no issues and cleanly removed them from our property. They also did a great job of removing all debris and leaving our yard absolutely clean. The Arbor Releaf crew was top notch in every respect. Already looking to schedule them for a family member in the near future.

A giant tree fell from the woods into my yard. They used a crane and loaded it onto a lumber truck. I would have been happy with just moving it back into the woods but this was so much better. I didn't expect them to clean the yard so well- it was as if the tree never fell. Took less than 40 minutes. Great price, on time, professional and perfect work.

Mark the owner personally came to my home in Basking Ridge to inspect the damage of a fallen tree. He gave me a very reasonable and accurate estimate (whereas three other local tree removal services jacked the price due to the storm emergency). He came the next day to remove the huge maple tree that split in half and leveled a well house and several trees on my property - he even trimmed trees that were over-hanging my driveway to protect my cars. Excellent service, extremely reliable. This is why I'm hiring him again to take down another 100 year old tree that is at the end of its life and threatening to come down in the next storm.
